About a year ago I decided it was time for our office to upgrade from our cheapie ribbon type fax machines to something of a higher caliber. I purchased our first Brother Intellifax2820 from Office Depot and love it so much I bought another from Amazon. The first from Office Depot because of a MIR that made it cheaper than Amazon, and the second from Amazon because it was the lowest total price I could find without MIR. We use these machines on a regular basis and have never had a problem with them. I highly recommend this machine.

I think every home should have a fax machine. They are so convenient and up-to-date. This machine only cost me $25 after discounts and coupons, so I couldn't have asked for a better price. The only problem I have now is that I can't receive faxes or make copies because the paper roller messed up inside and it's not worth getting it fixed for the price I paid....

I love this fax machine. I only paid $25 for it with discounts and it has been well worth it. The only problem I have now is the fact that the ink paper is messed up and it is not worth fixing it since I only paid $25 for it. I would recommend everyone having one....

I paid only $25 for this fax machine and it has worked wonderfully for me for quite some time. The only problem I have no is the paper messed up inside and for what I paid for it, it's not worth paying to have it fixed. It has come in extremely handy to have at home.

The brother fax machine is a quality product. In my office we have had several Sharps and other brands of fax machines but no one has been able to top the Brother fax. It uses plain paper so it is easy. With one touch controls, memory and stored numbers with automatic redial if not connected. It makes life easier. When it still can't connect to another fax, it will print a report and you will know if did not succeed. Easy for those who can't wait all day to confirm a fax was successful. I liked it so much at work, I bought one for my home-- now i am not at the office 15 hrs, I can finish at work and fax it to myself....
