      <description>&lt;p&gt;I have always been&#160; pleased with the quality of Blair's products and the ability to reach their customer service reps.&#160;I &#160;buy mostly clothing and I have learned which brands and styles are good for me. If I order a pair of slacks today, it will fit the same way that brand of slacks fit last time. Be careful of the bed linens, however. The sheets and pillow&#160; cases are very stiff and wrinkle easily and stay that way. I have also been pleased with their return policy. Since I buy all my clothes on-line, Blair is the first website I go to.&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I have ordered from Blair off and on over the years and I am usually reasonably satisfied with their merchandise.&#160; The last time I ordered, however, I got tied in with Blair Rewards.&lt;/p&gt;&amp;#13;
&lt;p&gt;I ordered on-line and responded to a box at the end that said I was elligible for $15 off my next order.&#160; Today I received my credit card bill and found that I had been charged $14.95 for Blair Rewards.&#160; I called Blair's 800 number and was told that they had nothing to do with it and I would have to call the rewards company directly.&#160; I tried but they had a recording saying they are only open Monday thru Friday.&#160; The person I talked to at Blair said I had agreed to this when I ordered, but I would never have agreed to anything that was going to cost me $14.95 per month.&lt;/p&gt;&amp;#13;
&lt;p&gt;This reflects very badly on the Blair company and I wouldn't be surprised if it caused them to lose alot of customers.&lt;/p&gt;&amp;#13;

I am not sure why it even lets me put the items in my cart to begin with. I will go back to the site will still let me checkout with the items even after I receive the email, and sure enough it will. I don't like the fact that I cannot see, touch, or try on the item of clothing and the prices online are often higher than those charged at my favorite stores. But there are some clothing sites that are less expensive than others and one of them is &lt;strong&gt;Blair.com&lt;/strong&gt;, an online store that offers some quick and easy bargain shopping. &#160;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&#160;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Online Store Commentary:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;p&gt;Blair.com is an online store whose products I have been buying for many years- long before the days of the internet. Blair used to make its way into my home via its mail- order system and about every month or so, I would get an envelope from Blair containing small flyers with featured clothing products. The clothing back then, as I recall, was pretty ordinary and while the prices were pretty good, I had an issue with the shipping charges. They were high enough that I usually changed my mind about ordering and placed orders only when there was a special offer that helped to minimize the impact...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I signed up for Blair.com emails and on the weekend after Thanksgiving they sent one promising 20% off your entire order. I ordered several tops on 12/1 while the special was still in effect. Unfortunately, even though I clicked through to Blair.com from the email, I couldn't see that the discount had been applied.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I sent an email immediately asking for clarification and received a reply a day later saying that the order was &quot;in the shipping area&quot; and they would watch for it to go out and be sure the discount was applied at that time. I sent another email 12/15 (12 days/7 business days later) asking about the status of my order, and (three days later) got another email saying they were making &quot;every effort&quot; to deliver by Christmas.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The package finally came on 12/24 and on 12/28 my card was charged the full amount. I have spent the last couple of weeks trying to get my discount credited back to my card. The most recent response, after threatening them with reversing the charges, was an...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I placed two orders from Blair.com the day after Thanksgiving and was PROMISED they would arrive in time for Christmas.&#160; They billed my credit card and it is not 01/05/2008 and I have received one item out of $500.00 I spent with them.&#160; The one item is far from what they described and when you call their 1-800-821-5744 customer service number, you get a recording saying they are &quot;experiencing a high call volume and are unable to handle your call at this time, please try again later.&quot;&#160; I have tried for three and a half weeks - hundreds of times - day, night, mid day, middle of the night.&#160; It doesn't matter.&#160; They screwed people royally just before Christmas, took the money and ran as far away as they could.&#160; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&#160;I am going to have to file a chargeback with my bank to recover my money, as they will not provide a RA number for the one item that was received and will not return written or audio communication.&#160; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&#160;They are the biggest internet nightmare that exists...STAY CLEAR OF BLAIR.COM!...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

I placed an online order on December 1, 2008 and didn't think much about it. Always before I have gotten quick delivery and then many catalogs! This transaction has been very different. By mid-month I was a bit concerned and called their CS number. No deal. I repeatedly got the recording saying they are experiencing heavy call traffic and good-bye. No chance to leave a call-back number and no chance to talk to a live person. The online order status box has always showed &quot;in process.&quot; I left two messages online and hoped for a response. No good. Finally, last week late at night I called again. Much to my surprise, I got a live person! I was informed of their shipping backlog, but the lady looked up my order and said it was in the shipping department and would soon go out and I would certainly get it prior to Christmas. Well, Christmas is tomorrow and...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>I placed an order on Blair.com 12/8/2008.&#160; I called Blair.com on 12/19 -- 9 business days later&#160;because the&#160;on-line order status hadn't changed to ship yet.&#160; After several times not being able to get through I was told&#160;that the order had left their warehouse that day.&#160; Apparently she lied, I still hadn't recieved it today 12/23 so I called again.&#160; This time they told me there was a 'problem' in their warehouse and the order hadn't even&#160;shipped.&#160; I asked them to cancel the order, The service rep Joyce #4554 said she didn't have the authority to cancel.&#160; I was on hold for over an hour insisting the order be cancelled.&#160; I finally got&#160;an insultingly rude,&#160;effeminate, passive aggressive supervisor or manager named Stan who said it was cancelled.&#160; I asked him for a comfirmation number but he couldn't provide one.&#160; It remains to be seen if the order is actually cancelled or not.&#160; Blair.com sucks and so does their customer service.&#160; Another sub par company headed for bankruptcy...... </description>

On the last call the rep hung up on me when I asked for a supervisor. I will NEVER order from this company again. It is horrible and I hope people search for reviews before choosing them.... </description>
