I have owned my Blackberry Curve 8300 for about 2 years and highly recommend it for those who need access to email to stay connected. I started with the curve because my work supports the Blackberry Exchange Server. While I like all of the fun things my friends IPhone's do, I can do most of them on my Blackberry. I like the convenience of a QWERTY keyboard versus the touch screen keypad. I spend a lot of time on the road typing from my Blackberry and have become very fast on it. I hesitate to lose the speed and relative efficiency by making a switch. I can take photos on my phone as well as access Twitter and Facebook. The ability to use a bluetooth headset also helps. Viewing Word and PDF documents works out well but there is a challenge in trying to view Excel documents. In my opinion there isn't much I cannot do with my Blackberry Curve. My productivity has increased because I can stay connected while spending time with my family or when I am on vacation. Battery life is...
...

I love this phone! I can do anything I need to do and it's still small enough to be comfortable as a phone. I HATE texting on a regular mobile phone because it takes forever, but with the QWERTY keyboard on the phone - typing is a dream come true!! :) Now I text, email, surf the net, anything I can think of - all on this little device called a cell phone! :o)...

The Blackberry Curve 8300 has many features,
but these are some that makes the phone worth
the price of about $300-400
This phone has a great wi-fi reception.
One can surf the web without having to
pay a contract or waiting for the signal,
rather one can go to a hot-spot and recieve
wi-fi for free.
Another great aspect is that it has office
mobile which is essential to students and
busness people.
Its mouse-like navigater allows one to flow
through the menu with such ease....

The Blackberry Curve 8300 does just about everything well. Camera's pretty good, Blackberry software is great, sound quality is just outstanding. Apparently Amazon already has the phone on sale for $50. The only real problem is the tiny keys, the not always great AT&T/Cingular service, and fact that it doesn't sync with iTunes. I don't think they could have solved any of these problems....

Working for a marketing/technology company, I fought the urge daily to be like my co-workers who had constant bells, whistles, and rings alerting them to some sort of message. As my travel schedule has picked up, my boss suggested that we go down to the AT&T and I should get a "big boy" phone. As he his my boss and one my best friends, we trekked a few miles away to pick up my new toy. After relinquishing the device to our IT department for a few minutes to get hooked up, the emails began to flow in and haven't stopped since. It's been almost two months and I find myself connected to my BlackberryCurve 8300 for more than 18 hours a day. I love hearing my little cherp when I have a new text message or email. It's actually kind of pathetic but the realization is that I've gone over to the darkside. I'm addicted to my Crackberry. Please help...(I highly recommend getting one ;)) ...

The Blackberry Curve finally arrived at Verizon, and I bought one the first day it was offered. After owning literally dozens of phones/PDAs in the past, I have finally found the best. The interface is simple, the battery life astounding, and best of all, it just works. My last phone was the Motorola Q, and it was horrible. It kept rebooting all the time, and took 15 minutes to boot and find our corporate Exchange server. The Curve is rock-solid, and takes 4 seconds to boot and be ready for e-mail. (I have timed it several times because I was so amazed.)...

I like the blackberry curve. I have not tinker with all the features. Those features that I have used I enjoy. One thing I have not been able to find an answer to: I marked a reocurring calendar entry as private and I have not found a way to remove the mark because I no longer want it private, but to reocurr. Plus, I do not get a reminder notification for a private entry, that is why I want to remove the mark.

I need to purchase a media card before I can get the music download. I was not aware of that when I purchased the phone.

I will also be extremely glad when AT&T get underground service, like verizon. Everytime you inquiry representative say that it is coming soon, well when. I have been an AT&T customer for a long time and it has not arrived.

I would like to see the FREE list of themes, ringtones and games increase.
...

Umm so i really dont get the point of having this contraption. I am not savvy at technological advances but for god sake it took me three days to read the first paragraph in the owners manuel. I know that most of the time on a new gadget it is trial by error, that you have to play with it in order to figure it out but man did i have a hard time. I dont think this phone is worht the 300 that i paid for it. The telenav is always broken, and it freezes all the time thanks to it being a computer! I say major thumbs down!!!...

I purchased the BlackBerry Curve in June of 07, and I don't know how I went so long without a phone like this! It's just the right size for me (compared to the Treo), I have square tip nails so typing is a breeze. Being able to access the internet at anytime is a huge plus. The phone itself came with a decent selection of ringtones and backgrounds, so you're not stuck listening to a ringtone that doesn't fit your style. Even the littlest applications like Memopad or Tasks have proven to be helpful in some situations. I'll be with this phone for a while....
