      <description>I saw the black and orange scissors several times at Lowe's before I decided to purchase them.  For someone who usually buys scissors at the local dollar store for fear that the children will take them and never return them, $20 bucks seemed like a bit much for me to spend.  I finally made my mind up that, if I didn't like them, they could always be returned.  This decision has been a pretty darn good one ever since.&lt;br/&gt;My first knowledge of the Black &amp;amp; Decker Rechargable scissors were on a commercial.  A family friend had received a pair as a gift and told me how much she loved hers.  I personally thought she was crazy, who in the world could LOVE scissors?  As I stated before, I kept checking them out and finally decided to purchase a pair for myself.  I finally understood why she LOVED her scissors so much.&lt;br/&gt;Initially, you charge them for a few hours, turn them on and, depending on your usage, can use them forever on a single charge.  They have an on/off switch, which I strongly recommend...... </description>

      <description>I SAW THIS ADVERTISED AT THANKSGIVING AND HAD TO TRY ONE.&#160; IT DOES TAKE SOME GETTING USED TO.&#160; IT CUTS PAPER SO FAST.&#160; IT IS WONDERFUL.&#160; NO MORE JAGGED EDGE STOP AND START AREAS.&#160;IT DOES HAVE A SAFETY&#160;ON OFF SWITCH.&#160; HAVE NOT TRIED IT ON PLASTIC PACKAGES YES BUT IT SHOULD WORK WELL ON THEM.&#160; I DID TRY IT ON BUBBLE WRAP AND IT CUT IT WITH NO PROBLEM.... </description>
