My husband bought this leaf blower to help him with the leaf's around the house. It was the best thing he could have bought. Its light in weight, easy to use and it saves you time. This item is so easy and safe to use that even my children have used it outside. I loved it. The only down side to this item is that if you have a big back yard you have to buy or own a large extention cord in order to use the leaf blower in the whole back yard. The item was cheap and easy to locate. I would recommend anyone to use it and try it for them selfs. It comes already to use out of the box. My leaf blower did not have a long cord and it is not battery operated. For anyone who has older parents who like to do work around their yard. This would be a great gift for them. The leaf blower has three levels of slow, med, fast. it blow's out hard air that get's the job done. I have had mine for about three months now with no problems.

this leaf blower is very good in comparison to others i have used.it comes with easy to use instructions and is also very light weight and easy to manuver.it runs on electricety witch is good for the enviroment.the only drawback is the extention coard but that isnt really that bad for the home owner.not really that good for a commercial landscaping companys though.the leaf hog puts out a good amount of air that is recuiered for a high volume of leafs and grass.it has a durable plastic construction and the price is very comprable.i would recomend this blower to any home owner that dose there own yard.

When I purchase this blower I had trouble from the time I was at the check out. I bought the last box in the store which had already been open. This was my first mistake. When I got it home some parts were missing and it took several days before the store I purchased it at could get me a new complete blower. When I finally got the blower the battery was deflective so I then tried dealing with the manufacturer hoping this would be quicker. This process took several weeks. Frustrated but happy to finally have a complete working blower I have to say that the first time I used it was the last time. Since I never got a user manual with the blower I had no idea that it would only work for a short time before I had to recharge it again. I have returned the blower back to the store and purchased a different brand. I would also like to add that this is the first time I have had trouble with Black and Decker so I will be purchasing there products in the future.

The Black & Decker Leaf Hog is a great product. My father is a truck driver and bought it to clean out his trailer, hoping to cut down on the number of $20 washouts he had to get after certain loads. It paid for itself in two months because he didn't have to get any washouts. He tells other drivers about it everywhere he goes....

The blower is powerful enough to lift wet leaves from the yard and it is easy to use. Typically when blowing leaves, I need to blow at angles and around the back of leaf piles so I can blow the leaves into a central area. This blower is easy to control so the job is a breeze to accomplish....

This product was recommended by a friend - and I couldn't believe they had invented a vacuum for your yard. They did!

I have tons of trees, and raking was one of the worst chores! You had to rake everything into a pile (which often included hidden dog poo), then figure out how to get all those leaves into about ten bags. Then I'd take the bags to the local green waste, and it didn't seem so "green" to use all that plastic!

This nice invention made life so much easer. I just BLOW all the leaves into a pile (it leaves the dog poo behind, thankfully), then suck the pile up with the vacuum. AND it MULCHES the leaves and bags them into the attached bag. Then I just unzip the bag and put all the leaves into a Rubbermaid garbage can, put on a lid and I'm off to the green waste center, no bags harmed in this process. Where I would have had ten bags, I have a small garbage can full of mulched leaves. You could also use it as mulch for your garden, or compost it.

The best $60 I ever spent...

The Hog lives up to its name. Once the fall had kicked in the leaves fell and boy did they.
Went out and brought the Hog, I have always thought that Black and decker made great stuff but they out did themselves this time.
The Hog blows hard and sucks harder.
Blew the leaves into a big pile and big I mean big :-)
The only problem i had with the hog was the changinf of the attachments from blower to sucker. But I would still give it 8 out of 10...
