The Bissell Spot Bot really caught my eye. When we had our daughter, I thought this would be the answer to all the oops that can happen. I have to admit, I tried the Spot Bot on a grease stain our treadmill left on the bedroom carpet and it removed it flawlessly. I used this wonderful "bot" on everything my child could spill and the mess my cats left behind. I was impressed more everytime.

Just after the warranty expired, things started happening. First the brush on the bottom stopped working. I was so happy with the Spot Bot I purchased another. From the beginning, the suction on the rotating brush wasn't very strong. After using the Spot Bot, we would have to use the hand tool to suck up a large amount of leftover water. Then, the hand tool started leaking, the next day, the soap tank leaked out and all through the inside of the machine and onto my floor and smelled of mold and mildew. I called customer service and was rudely told to take it to an authorized...

Great product. I can't believe the difference this has made. My dog got sick on a mattress and the spot bot took the stain and smell right out. I would highly recommend this product for anyone who has pets that can be a bit messy once in a while.

Great for cleaning pet stains or spills on the carpet! All you have to do is put it on the rug and walk away while it does all the work! It also works great!!! This is the easiest spot cleaner I have ever used!

I purchased the Spot Bot about 6 months ago. It got out old spots. I use it all the time. I alway have it handy. I use it all the time.

a lot of times i use the spot-bot with just warm water, and the suction is strong enough to pick up the dirt. for fruit stains or pet messes, a bit of cleaner sprayed on first and/or added to to water chamber takes care of the stain and the smell. very handy tool that i am glad i tried. btw, the circle usually disappears after a few days. if it is a clean circle on a dirty, high traffic area, i have found it best to clean a larger area with several circles so it blends in better. (too lazy to do a whole room!!!!)

Bissell SpotBot is the Greatest when it comes to fast clean ups and I love it. When my cats have hairball problems it just takes a minute and it is cleaned up without the stain left from it.
And on the Plus side when kittens have booboo's because they haven't gotten use to the litter box yet you can clean it right up and not have the smell and stain let to remind you that they had this booboo. I would recommend it to anyone that has pets..Great Item. Also if you have children that come in with mud of other things they can come in with it will clean it up in a snap. It even cleans up in your vehicles to have that clean smell that you always wanted back in there....

The Bissell Spotbot Pet is an amazing item. We bought it because we have a small dog that has been very hard to housebreak. With any accidents you just sit the spotbot on the spot and turn it on. It does everything else on its own! It also has a manual handle so you can clean up spots on your own. This works really well also. ...

If you have a new puppy this product is a must have. Or if you have new light colored carpeting it is a must have. Or if you are a klutz it is a must have! I have two new puppies and even if they dribble a little on the carpet it must be cleaned completely or they will go that place again and do it all over again! This product is great!

I was given the SpotBot by my mom, who is a cleanaholic, and thought that my upright steamcleaner was way too cumbersome. I use the SpotBot at least once a week. I have two boys and a cat. Especially during potty training, having it filled and ready to go is what helped me get through the day. I have picked up EVERY mess you can think of. Vomit, pee, poop, a whole gallon of bleach that was on my carpet, Burt's Bees shampoo, juice... you name it!!

After you clean up yucky stuff, I would fill the sink full of H20 and a little bleach and just take the wand and suck some of that bleach water up to disinfect the wand, hose, and the dirty water container, to prevent it from smelling down the road.

The spot Bot is used at least once a day around here. The kids won't stop eating in the family room and the puppy does nervous dribbles. Its lightweight, portable and can do what larger machines are cumbersome with ease.

This is a great little spot cleaner. It does use alot of solution, which is expensive, but not as expensive as carpet. It cleans so well the area around it looks dirty afterwards! Great for pets and kids....

I can't stand cleaning up dog vomit....or even worse...dog diarhhea! I asked for the SpotBot for Christmas since I have a neurotic dog with a sensitive stomach. I love it! I just plop it down and walk away. I couldn't have asked for an easier to use product....

Have a dog? Then this is a must for sure. I just recently started letting my 11 month old puppy go upstairs where it is all carpet. Her little paws get so dirty and then she goes upstairs where all there is is carpet. Now I have started to notice little spots here and there. I found the Bissell SpotBot Robotic Wet/Dry Vacuum and It works wonders....

With four "indoor only" cats, carpet cleaning was a HUGE hassel. Then I got the Spot-Bot and it's no longer a terrible chore. Not only does it remove the pet stains entirely, they don't come back... ever!!!. I work out of the home and I don't have time for constant carpet care. I absolutely love this machine and would recommend it to anyone with pets or children who are endlessly tending to carpet stains....
