I have the Bissell Proheat Deep Cleaner and love it! I had a professional company come one year ( I was being lazy) and after they left I had to clean the carpet because it was not clean enough. After that I just use my machine because I paid that company $150, I only paid $230 for my machine and use it ALOT with my 2 little girls and my light beige carpet.

You will pull out lots of yucky dirt, you won't believe it was even in the carpet before. Even if you just used it twice it would pay for itself. And if you have little one's running around you really need this-they think nothing of dumping everything on your carpet.

I purchase this product and I regret ever having done so. Before the first year was up it was in the shop for motor replacement. Now it is in the shop again because it just fell apart inside. Of course Bissell says it was my fault not factory defect. I will never buy or recommend their products to anyone who is wanting to get their monies worth.

This is a terrific machine! It not only shampoos the carpet - it pulls stuff out that the vacuum missed!

Lightweight - no, but it is maneuverable. And the hand tools that come with it are really great on the furniture.

The one - and only - downside is that the "dirty water" tank is hard to clean out completely. The last time I used the machine, my husband and I just about took it totally apart to get the sand and grit out of the *catch* tank.

I love my Bissell Steam Cleaner. I have a dog that is not the best at potty training. This cleaner helps get the pee pee stains out and the smell. I use it all the time. It just has easy has using the vacuum cleaner. A large bottle of cleaner lasts awhile, you don't have to use much. I have an area rug that I clean also, and the traffic areas by the front door. It does the trick. I use it on a regular basis to keep my carpet clean and fresh smelling....

This machine is great! It is a little costly but it is worth it. We had horrible stains in our carpets from my two year old smashing food and spills drinks! It is easy to handle and leaves a fresh smell behind. I do not know what I would do with out this machine!...

The Bissell ProHeat Deep Cleaner is Great and worth every penny. It has done a great job time after time. I have had mine for more than a year and it still works great....

The Bissell Proheat is easy to use. It cleans well on some messes. But other spots you have to go over it several times and it might not clean it l all. Some of the parts are very easy to break, no matter how careful you are. Even though it is easy to fill unit with water and cleaning solution, it is not eay to clean after use....

I love my bissell pro heat carpet cleaner. Our lab just went into heat and made a small mess on my new living room carpet. It is cleaned it right up and it is sooo simple to use. It even cleaned up some spills I hadn't noticed from my grandkids, from the previous day. It is easy on the back too!...

We got this steam cleaner for a wedding present, and it is a fairly good steam cleaner. You should still have your floors professionaly cleaned it is not as good as professional, as none are. It is very good in between cleanings espesially with pets. You floors look nice and clean afterwards and although it doesn't get tough old stains out it does get most things out....

I love my new scrubber. It is much easier to use than my old Hoover Agility and it does a better job. Now I can scrub the carpet and get on with life....

This steam cleaner really does provide a good value, and is very effective as a home cleaning machine. The heater gives it an edge over similar home cleaners, and the spot target feature is great for stains and very dirty areas.

The only trouble I have had was finding replacement parts when my children broke the bladder inside the water tank, but if you are in the US that will not be a problem. Bissel stands behind their products and looks after their customers.

This machine was really easy to use, but had some maintenance to get it together. I like the extra brushes and additional tools, but still had to use the hand tool for some cleaning....

Just finished using this deep cleaner, and I love it. First, some background. I have two boys, a husband, and two small weiner dogs who forget that they are housetrained on a nearly daily basis. Thus, I've got some pretty dirty carpets. I've borrowed a friend's steam vac in the past, but it's been too long since the last deep cleaning, and my carpets were looking (and smelling) atrocious. After a little research, this deep cleaner was the one I bought because it was a decent price, it had on board heating for the clean water, and it is supposed to have good suction for drawing up the dirty water from the carpet. After cleaning the worst of my worst, I have to say I'm impressed. I like the functionality of the machine more than I expected. This machine has a plastic water bladder (clean water) which, as it empties during use, also shares space with the dirty water being sucked out of the rug, all in one carry-able unit which can easily be filled, dumped and cleaned out when......

I have model #9200. It works OK, but is cheaply made. I only used it a few times and the bladder ripped. I bought a new one, then the plastic hooks on the nozzle broke and the screw that holds it on is stripped. I read reviews before I purchased it. It wasn't rated very good but I bought it anyway. Big mistake! It also leaks and uses a lot of cleaning solution....
