I first saw this at Walmart during their day-after Thanksgiving sale two years ago. I bought two and left one in our bathroom and one for our kitchen. I can't tell you how awesome it is to have this handy and small-ish vacuum to just pull out as-needed for easy jobs on hard-wood and linoleum floors. We have young children in our house and there are always crumbs falling on the floor at lunch, dinner, etc. A swiffer doesn't pick that stuff up but this does. My husband cuts our boys' hair and having a second Bissell 3-in-1 stick vacuum in the bathroom upstairs keeps our floors much neater (and has my husband cleaning up more too since it is so convenient and lightweight). A friend of mine bought one to use at her cottage since it has the tightwoven carpeting. This would not work on carpet (unless you consider it a dustbuster to get into corners). Hard wood flooring and linoleum are your best bet. I would only use this in addition to a regular vacuum. It's intended to be...

My Bissell electric sweeper is just what a busy grandma needs. Even though I am in a wheelchair I don't let this keep me from having a clean house even when the grand kids are over. Being in a wheelchair I need easy to store and lightweight appliances and my Bissell does the job. For me it picks up as well as a large vacuum, has an extra long cord to keep me from plugging and unplugging which is a hassel, and is very easy to empty. Since I am always on the lookout for saving money, my Bissell is bagless, uses less energy than larger vacuums and was priced under $20 so the savings continue on long after the purchase....

I bought the Bissell 3-in-1 vacuum about a year ago. It comes with a floor attachment which has a thin 'brush' across, and one hole in the middle where everything gets sucked in...so don't be fooled by the ad pictures on Walmart's website - the picture where it's cleanly picking up spilled dirt from a plant while using the floor attachment is misleading. There simply isn't enough suction from the machine to pick it up so well. There is another attachment used for crevices and/or corners. You can use the vacuum without them - it's like using a dust buster. The handle is removable and everything connects and disconnects easily, but not Too easily. The plastic the machine is made from is thick and durable.

The compartment fills up quickly, and when emptying you Must make sure you kind of beat the dirt out of the filter because it really can get worked in after a while and the suction becomes less powerful a little quickly. I'm actually not sure where to get more filters for...

This little vacuum is small, but a workhorse. We live in a small duplex, have wood floors and have had this little workhorse for 2 years. No mechanical problems and it has very good pick up for a small appliance. It is also durable....

When I moved for college, me and my parents bought the Bissell 3-in-1 Stick Vaccuum. At first glance, I didn't think it would have much suction. When I tried it at my dorm, however, I was quite surprise at how much suction power it has. It is great for a college kid who doesn't have a lot of room for a fancy vaccuum but wants something to do the job. It will pick up small items (bits of papers,crumbs, hair) but as for big things (paper clips, tacs, small wrappers) it won't pick up. A disappointment for me since I love the luxury of the vaccuum doing it for me. With the edger, I was able to get things around the corners and on the side that the vaccuum couldn't reach and the extension cord is long enough to clean my room with needing to unplug it. With its small size, I was easily able to store it in the corner of my room without it taking up loads of space. But, as I said, because it is small it will fill up fairly quickly meaning you will need to empty it out......

I love this 3 in 1 i can use it in my car on my hardwood floors to pick up cat little and pet hair. Easy to clean. It doesn't work well in the car but does pick up some stuff. If you have a pet it's a must have!!! My husbadn even likes to vaccume now....

I am a neat freak, and when I found this I thought it would be worth trying. It is great, I have two small kids and they, of course make messes, this is perfect for families. its nice because its quick and easy to use. i havent had any problems with the stick vacuum. I only wish i had found it sooner....

The dog hair in my kitchen was driving me crazy. This vacuum was the answer I was looking for. At under $20, it is a great buy. It's basically a dustbuster with a larger head, a handle and a power cord. No bending over or recharging. While I wouldn't use it for my regular household vacuuming chores or on carpets, it's great for a quick once-over on hard floors, especially for pet hair. It picks up only on the forward motion but that hasn't been a problem for me. I am pleased with this purchase and have recommended it to a few friends with pets.
