I love bisquick have been using it for years. I use it for pancakes to chicken fingers my grand kid love.

Bisquick is probably not used for actual biscuits as much as it is for other things. Our family favorite is the sausage cheese balls at Christmastime. In between that, my favorite thing to do with it make chicken pot pie. On their site you can find recipes and the pot pie is simple and delicious. This is my variation....By mixing a can of cream soup, a jar of chicken gravy, some water, some cooked chicken, and a bag of mixed vegetables into a baking dish, then mixing 1 cup bisquik , a half cup milk, and an egg together, this works best in one of those shakers you mix salad dressing in, you then pour that over the top of the meat mixture and bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.Easy and delicious!

I have Bisquik Original Pancake and Baking Mix in my pantry at all times. It is a definate staple in my house as I use it for so many different things. Not only does my Bisquik Original Pancake and Baking Mix make great pancakes and waffles for breakfast but it also has many uses for delicious lunches, dinners and yes even desserts. I will use my mix to thicken sauces when needed. I will use my mix to make a cheesy meaty veggie pie and I will use my mix to make coffe cakes to name just a few uses for this pantry staple. There are always new and easy recipes on the box and each and every one wows when it is put on the table. Everyone thinks I have fussed all day when I bring these dishes to the table but in actuality when I use my Bisquik Original Pancake and Baking Mix these are some of the easiest and quickest recipes to execute. You can always season to taste this will take one recipe to three or four using the baking mix.

I like to buy Bisquick pancake mix in the big boxes because you can do alot with it.Not only can you make pancakes by adding just water but you can also make homemade biscuits by just adding milk and nothing else.the pancakes are fluffy and really good.The biscuits rise really well,they are take no time at all to make and bisquick is just really great stuff for the busy family or just the family that likes an occasional pancake.you can also make waffels too by adding some eggs and water or milk if you prefer.One of my favorite things to cook is chicken and cumplings with this stuff.You just add some in your pot of chicken with some milk until it forms little clumps and then you cook it and serve.This stuff is really good.Bisquick is affordable,not lumpy or all clumped up in the box and it mixes and blends good.You can do so many things with it and like I said if your someone who wants to let your kids make pancakes or biscuits then this is an ideal starter mix.Everyone loves bisquick biscuits....

Bisquick is a must have for everyone's pantry. This item has helped me many times come up with something different for dinner when I am looking for something homemade. I can trust that everything will come out perfectly. This product is so versatile-you can use it to make so many different items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. Their website is great for recipes as the box is limited with just a few ideas. I have made several of the recipes like blueberry pancakes, oven baked chicken, streusel coffee cake ( it is so good!), and cheeseburger pie. Everything turned out excellent. I am a big fan of this product because I love homebaked goods. Everything taste so fresh. This product has a good shelf life too. The recipes are so easy to follow as well. I will always keep this item in stock. I paid approximately four dollars for the forty ounce package. It is worth every penny!

Bisquick Original Pancake and Baking Mix is the best. I grew up with my mom making pancakes with this mix. This spoiled me so I won't use any other type of pancake mix out there. The weird thing is, my mom now uses the other pancake mixes instead of bisquick which is really strange to me. I am always asking her how in the world she was able to switch brands like that after all those years. I won't even eat pancakes when we go out for breakfast because nothing beats bisquick to me. Bisquick also makes yummy bisquits as well. They have good recipes on the boxes too that I sometimes use.

Bisquick Original Pancake and Baking Mix:

This mix makes the best tasting pancakes in the world. Aunt Jemima, Hungry Jack and all the others have nothing on Bisquick.

It's also a great mix because it's so versatile - you can make virtually anything with Bisquick as part of the recipe. I actually have a Bisquick cookbook at home and it's full of hundreds of great recipes.

If you have never made the sausage balls - you've got to try it, they're awesome!

My mom used Bisquick. The pancakes and waffles that are made per box instructions are great!!!! The shortcake made with Bisquick begs to be used with all kinds of fruits. It is really good used as a crumbly topping on pies and desserts. I have a large library of Community cookbooks and there are so very many recipes in them, using Bisquick. This is a must have product. All Kitchens should have Bisquick on hand!

I know Bisquick has been around forever but I just had to post this rave about it. I used to buy the frozen pancakes from the store to save time. To save money,I thought I would try this. The pancakes come out great. Any leftover batter,I just make a bunch of pancakes and freeze them. Microwave for about a minute and thirty seconds and they taste just as great. I get the big box at my local wholesale club for 3.99. A big money saver in this house.

Bisquick Original Pancake and Baking Mix does do it all . The possibilities are endless, from sausage balls to garlic and butter bisquits, you can make more starting with this mix .Do not know if I can quilify with a recipe but here goes anyway, I take 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and the recommended water and bring to a boil , add the chicken from last nights leftover rotisserie chicken ( or just bake a couple breast ) mix the Bisquick according to directions for bisquits and when the mixure comes to a boils drop the bisquick by teaspoons into the boiling mixture till done , about 15 minutes.I like this becouse it is not as fatty as the original chicken and dumplin recipe and way quicker, you can also do this in a crock pot but it so quick and easy I just do it on the stove top, I don't know where I came up with it so cannot take the credit, may have gotten from a book sometime and it was so easy I just remembered it.

I absoulutly love bisquick, it makes the best pancakes in the world and my grandkids love them. The receipe is super easy even the kid's can help make them. And if you have never tried it for chicken its great. You just coat the chicken with the bisquick and your favorite spices (mine is garlic powder), then you put in a shallow baking pan with a little butter and bake it in the oven for about 45 minutes and you have perfect fried chicken with little or no mess, my family like chicken coated in bisquick better than kfc which is to greasy they say and then you finish off the meal with the homemade bisquits receipe thats on the box and you have yourself the best meal, and the biscuits are so easy the my granddaughters can make them and they are only 4, 5 and 7 years old. They are much better than can biscuits. The clean up with bisquick is easier to clean than flour which can get hard, but with bisquick it comes right off with a little hot water.

i tried to make pancakes but they tasted bad

i followed the exact recipe and directions on the box

they get burnt easily but cant be undercooked, they look like eggs and they dont taste like pancakes

i tried it twice and came with the same result

its so frustrating that my friends pancakes which all you need to do is add water are ten times better than mine

We have alot of recipes that use Bisquick! They have all turned out great!! One of the favorites for our family are the pancakes and waffles!!! We have to make a double batch for our family of 6. There is never enough.

Despite the fact that I make most everything from scratch, I have always had a box of Bisquick in my pantry, as far back as I can recall. As nearly every other reviewer has noted, it's perfect for quick, nourishing meals. My family loves beef stew with dumplings, or chicken and dumplings. Bisquick also makes such good biscuits they really do appear "made from scratch" (and taste that way as well.)

None of these "kudos" are really why I keep this product handy.

It makes some of the best, light, crunchy fish or chicken batter you'll ever find.

What makes Bisquick so wonderful is its self-rising properties. If you've got the luxury of time you can make your own self-rising baking mix, but most of us really don't have the time or the inclination - especially busy working moms. My own mom, a baker, always had a box of Bisquick in her pantry as well, so you might say it's a long-established tried and true product in my family.

Reasonably priced, I don't see how you could go wrong with...
