I was first introduced to BioSilk by my hairdresser. I've been hooked every since. First of all, it smells great, but it also works just as great. You can use it when your hair is wet or dry. I use a dime size amount on my hair when it's dry. It smoothes out frizzies & little fly away hairs. It also leave a nice shine.

Just make sure you work in small amounts because if you get too much of this stuff, it will leave your hair looking & feeling oily.
...

I love BioSilk Silk Therapy! I have used it for more years then I can remember and I will use it as long as I can purchase it. I have very curly hair that I flat iron straight and this keeps my hair from getting fried. I helps my hair stay soft and shiny. It's expensive but a little go a long way.
...

My girlie friend graduated from beauty school a while ago, and has been doing my hair ever since. She is incredible. And Cheap, lol. We trade, Im a massage therapist by trade so, we trade! Shes always used this on my hiar and uses it on her own.

It smells incredible. And the difference in my hair was noticable the very first washing and continues to this day. My hair hasn't been this soft since I was eight! And with all the torment I consistently put my poor strands throught, thats saying alot.

I found a small travel sized kit, that contained the silk therapy shampoo, conditioner, serum, and a Heat Therapy Spray. (Which I cant find anywhere!) Ive since used up all the travel sized kit, which was a pretty good size and moved on to the full sized bottles.

Coloring, blow drying, flat ironing, just going OUTSIDE into the filthy air and harmful rays! I continued to use the silk therapy shampoo and conditioner and it has just done wonders for my hair. I also use the silk therapy serum as well,...
...

I love this product and it works wonders on my hair. It is a bit pricey in the regular stores, but I would recommend going to Costco. It is much cheaper to buy at Costco. This product makes my hair feel so soft and smooth and not so frizzy and helps get rid of the tangles. Try it out for yourself and you may love it too.
...

BlueSunshineFL says "Where's The Silk?" about BioSilk Silk Therapy

I bought Biosilk Silk Therapy conditioner at the drugstore because the travel-sized bottles were available (still over $4 for an ounce of product)

I stretched the conditioner out to use three times. Each time after shampooing I spread the conditioner over my roots and tips, massaged with my fingers, then clipped my hair up and let it soak for a few minutes. Each time I felt disappointed with the result. It barely conditioned. I had to apply lots of leave-in conditioner and silk serum before seeing that glossy/silky look I was trying to achieve.

This could work wonders for women with straight, fine, healthy hair. But for those of us with wavy or damaged hair, Biosilk Silk Therapy doesn't condition nearly as much as it should.
...

I really like Biosilk Silk Therapy. You just put a dab of it in your hand and run your fingers through your hair leaving it with a nice smell and shiny.

My hair stylist always puts this in my hair and my hair is never frizzy. I have curly hair as you can see in the picture and finding something that helps with the frizz is excellent.

I have the big bottle of it which cost around $30 but it last you a long time. Just don't dump a whole lot of it into your hand b/c then you will have really greasy hair.
...

sweeetpea725 says "silky silky now" about BioSilk Silk Therapy

I use this product everyyyyyyy time I wash and dry my hair. Just the tiniest drop is all that is needed, otherwise your hair does get a little bit greasy. But once you blow out your hair you can see that it gets silky right away. My hair is extremely frizzy if I don't dry it the right way or use the right products and BioSilk Silk Therapy works wonders. It calms my hair and doesn't make it frizzy, staticky or limp. Every time I use it my hair feels soft and defined. I usually always blow my hair out straight but my hair is naturally curly and I can use this product for when I naturally let it dry curly and it works wonderfully then too. It holds the curls and defines them. Many of my friends use this product as well and for many years as well as I. I will continue to use this product because I know it works well for me and hope that they do not discontinue it because every product that I like seems to disappear in the future. So overall great product :)
...

PJKitty says "Biosilk is the worst hair product I've ever used. Period." about BioSilk Silk Therapy

Normally I use Biolage shampoos and conditioners, but one time the store was out of the conditioner I usually use so I thought I'd try this Biosilk stuff. It was close in price to the Biolage (around $14). This has got to be the worst thing I have ever put in my hair in my entire life. Even those dual Shampoo+Conditioner combos like Pert are better than this(and those are pretty bad). Usually when conditioning, I apply the product and you can feel the hair get smoother and detangled, but with this stuff it felt like I had some gunk in my hair and I swear it made my hair even more tangled! I spent twice the time in the shower, most of that trying (TRYING, not succeeding) to pull apart knots that kept forming any time I tried to run my fingers through my hair. Nevermind that the bottle design is not condusive to squeezing with 1 hand. After showering, I could not run a brush or comb through my hair to save my life. After giving up on the detangling (couldn't even think about......

I'm so fearful that Farouk will stop making BioSilk! This is such a fantastic product, it smells great and can be used on both hair and skin. Although an oil, it's dry, not too heavy and greasy. A few drops go a really long way. As a body moisturizer, use in place of a lotion or cream. Or add a bit to your bathwater to emerge with dewy soft skin. On the hair, try to focus on your ends and not get too much towards the scalp to prevent an oily look. This product provides you with the ability to pull the finest toothed comb right through your wet hair without a single snag...even long hair! Split-ends seem to disappear and your hair will have a super glossy finish, expecially if used in combination with heat from a blow dryer. BioSilk makes blow-outs so much easier! After swimming or showering, it's an incredible detangler. Do you get static in your hair during the winter? Biosilk is a perfectly simple fix, a single drop rubbed between palms and then added to dry...
...

I have long curly, frizzy, poofy hair and Silk Therapy fixes everything. It makes me hair shiny, weighs it down keeping the frizz away and split ends from showing through, and helps seperate my curls giving me a cute bouncy look.

BioSilk Silk Therapy is one of the few higher priced hair products I find worth purchasing. The cheaper products claiming to smooth my hair don't do the job & Frizz Ease is too expensive to use all of the time.

...

I love this hair serum. It smooths hair frizz, makes hair super shiny, and I like to rub the excess oil into my hands. The serum smells great, however you have to be careful not to get too much into your hair as it will make it look very oily. It only takes a little bit each time, which means that one bottle will last a long time!...
