Big Fish Games is an online company that sells games downloaded directly to your computer. They provide different games in different genres (such as time management, hidden object, adventure, strategy) for both PC and Mac, as well as online games and an online community. Compared to other gaming sites such as Real Player, Sandlot Games, and Yahoo Games, I liked Big Fish Games download manager better than Real Player's, and the prices were better than Sandlot's and Yahoo's. They also have an affiliate program if you're an avid gamer and blogger to refer friends and advertise.

You can download as many games as you'd like, and play for an hour free to test if you like the game before purchasing. They've recently changed their prices so buying a game is now only $6.99 (instead of $19.99), and if you're a club member, they have daily deals where a game is $2.99 that day. I discovered Big Fish Games with a purchase of Return to Ravenhurst which turned out to be one of the best games I've played in a long time.

I tend to get bored and give up if games are too hard (trying the same scene over and over for hours). The games I've played on Big FIsh so far have been fun and entertaining, keeping you busy without being to frustratingly hard.

I just joined the club for $6.99 per month so I have yet to get the full experience with that aspect, however, I did check Big Fish Games out on the Better Business Bureau. They are members with an A+ rating. Does it mean you will win every dispute? Probably not. But they are willing to have another party mediate which tells me they care about their reputation. On the Better Business Bureau site, you can even get contact information for the company such as their address and phone number.

I'm looking forward to playing more games on Bigfishgames.com.

I got hooked on Big Fish Games when a friend of mine bought a game from their website and showed it to me on his computer. I spent the whole afternoon with him playing a great hidden objects game and then we bought a few more. Now, I spend a lot of my free time on bigfishgames.com. They have all sorts of games from time management to hidden objects and puzzles. It basically has games for all ages. One of the best things is that the games can be reviewed before purchase. I have found Big Fish Games to be so much fun and their website is very helpful. I already recommend it to everyone I know!!

I was doing 1 hr trial games in big fish games. I liked the site, it has no spyware, no virus, neat site.

so i downloaded a game for 9.99. It said it gave membership, but I was not aware that they will charge me every month 9.99 until I cancelled the membership.

The next month, My credit card got charge with 9.99.

I panicked and tried to get my refund back. This is the scariest part.

They have no phone line support, There is one common email page. The have live chat support only if you still have the membership. I clicked on the chat facility to my luck and then cancelled the membership.

If I had cancelled the membership and tried to get refund , I wont have bcoz the chat facility wont be available which is the only customer care they have. Pathetic.

Even though I got access to chat facility, I was put in queue at no 25, It took 45 mins for me to come to no 1 and to chat with a representative. Imagine my plight.

In 2 mins in chat, the representative said he will refund the...

This site says your games are free Well you pay 9.95 at month and they give you a game to download thats true and tell you its yours to keep forever. NOT! If you stop paying 9.95 a month you CANNOT access the games you got free or that you paid for!! So its not free. so if 120.00 a year to play games is ok with you then go ahead But not me for 40 a year i have access to pogo.com (club pogo) and the games are free to play all day if you want and you can try other games free for 1 hour or purchase and those are yours forever you get a code so if you need to download it again for some reason you CAN I had to cancell by phone because unlike pogo YOU CANT DONT IT ONLINE...
