I have used this reward zone card only a couple times, and it seems that it isn't worth it. If you earned enough points per purchase, it would be worth it to spend the extra money on item knowing you will benefit from it eventually.

Today again against my better judgement I decided to shop at the Best Buy in Hanover, MD for a new Scanner for my Computer. I had a 10% Rewards Zone Coupon to use, I was standing there looking at Scanners "confused" and 3 salesmen walked past me w/o saying a word to me, one even said "Excuse me!" to reach in front of me to grab something off the wall. After picking out my scanner I started to read the back of the box to see if I needed to purchase ink or a printer cable. Another customer that was looking at scanners as well asked me if I needed help, I told him that I wasn't sure what was included in the box so he showed me on the back where it said I only needed a printer cable and then walked me over a few lanes and showed me my options where I picked out a 9ft cable. We then joked about it being to bad he doesn't work there and joked about how it seems like there are tons of employees there but never available to help! I made my way to the front of the store to check out and was somewhat......

Best Buy Reward Zone is a program that literally pays you to shop at Best Buy. Just sign up for the program (it's free) and make purchases at Best Buy. Before you know it, you'll see actually money coming in your mail. Okay, it's not dollar bills coming in the mail, but I get things like $ 5.00 OFF any purchase. Or $ 20.00 off any $100.00. purchase. Things like that.

I shop at Best Buy anyway, so why not cash in on it? I saved A LOT of money during Christmas with my reward money. And then, because I bought something, I get even more rewards points! I love it. The only thing is that you can't use your rewards money to go towards tax. At least not in my state.

They also send you rewards bucks for your birthday. I used mine to save money on a new Playstation for the kids! I don't know of any other program like this one that saves so much money. It is so easy to use, there's nothing to it!. And I save money. Just watch the expiration date because they are typically...

I lvoe there reward zone program. we purchase all our major electronic, computers there and love that we get a little certificate a few weeks later....

The Best Buy Reward Zone program is horrible program. We have been loyal customers and use Best Buy because of the Reward Zone program and that is all changing. Our reward Zone account got linked with someone elses for the second time in 2 years. I have no idea how this happens, but all our info, purchases and reward zone certificates have been given to another customer. The customer service department is unhelpful. Last time it took almost a year to fix. This time the customer service department is giving us false information and being unhelpful. I am very concerned that they are giving our information (credit card numbers, purchase info, address, phone number etc) to another customer. This is a very dangerous situation. I looked up on what I thought was our account and I have someone elses information listed in my profile. I highly recommend not using Best Buy or their Reward Zone program.
