I've been a fan of Ben and Jerry's for as long as I can remember. It's by far the best Ice Cream. Chunky Monkey is my favorite. Boy does that bring back some childhood memories?...

This is the most delicious ice cream around. It's not called dreamy or nothing. This is by far my most favorist ice cream around. If you are in the mood for a creamy, rich and tasteful goodness, this ice cream is definitely for you. I would recommend it 100%....

This flavor from Ben and Jerry's is the perfect solution to your sundae cravings. It contains all the decadent aspects of a caramel sundae with a little crunch. I love Stephen Colbert, so obviously I am going to buy any product that endorses him! I am also TTC, so when he reported that the whole fats in ice cream have proven to increase fertility AND he was introducing his own ice cream flavor, what other excuse did I need? This stuff is delicious! Its also a little hard to find, it took a few weeks after the show and several stops at several stores to find it, but once we did it was worth it!...

Ever since Stephen Colbert began talking about the ice cream flavor named after him, Stephen Colbert's Americone Dream, I have been on the lookout for the flavor at my local grocery store. All of my searches turned up nothing, however. Weeks dragged on until finally my husband found via an online webpage at colbernation.com that sightings of this ice cream had been reported at a local Super Wal-Mart and at the Ben and Jerry's ice cream shop in the Providence area. We only found an empty shelf over the "Stephen Colbert's Americone Dream" tag at the Super Wal-Mart, so we headed to Ben and Jerry's and found one pint of the flavor left in stock.

The flavor itself is a vanilla base with fudge covered waffle cone pieces and caramel mixed in. My husband loves intense chocolate flavored ice creams, so he wasn't as impressed with the flavor as I was. I took one bite of Americone Dream and fell in love.
