These weights are great for somwone who is just starting out. Easy to use, and a good starting weight. These add to a good cardio walk. I started out with these ankle and wrist weights myself and have worked my way up in weight. Helps build good muscle in your legs and arms without the actual wieght lifting program. I bought a pair for a family member. They are just as inpressed with these wieghts as I am. They have also recommended these wieghts to their freinds and family. These weights are also good for a nice jog too not just for walking. They are not to heavy of a wieght....

So, once again I was on the trail to buying some more.

The Weights

I saw the Bell Fitness Soft Touch Ankle and Wrist Weights on Amazon and they looked just fine. Simple, adjustable, soft, and not too expensive.

I am weighing them as I type this preparing for a workout when I am done. These are good little weights!

The weights are just 1.5 pounds each. I didn't want anything too heavy so this was a good weight for me. They are...
...
