I currently use Activit (metabolisim formula) and the P90x recovery drink. Both are great combos and have really made me feel great! I have had no weird racing heart issues that you get sometimes with other "diet pills". This stuff is not a diet pill - it is just a great vitamin. I did research online to compare price & quality and so far I have no found anything that beats either product! I have become more fit in the past 3 weeks - I used to be an avid runner, before I was consumed with me kids - so I was pretty out of shape. I can tell that my legs and arms look much better - all due to the P90x program (DVD workouts) and the supplements I am taking! Worth it.............the DVD is pricey - but cheaper than a real life personal trainer - and the supplements are comparable to anything online or at GNC....

BeachBody cancelled my order instead of telling me my credit card was going to expire in 30 days and they didn't want to complete the order. I called to find out where my 10 min. trainer was. I gave them the new expiration dates and thought all was well.

After a few weeks later and I received half of the order.

I called again. I was told to wait another 7 to 10 days for them to review the first phone inquiry in order to prove I had cancelled my own order. I'm not sure why they were insistant that I had done that when the call was to find out where it was. They said If they were in error they would send the 10 min. trainer free of charge.

I suggested that they just send the rest of the products to me at that time, instead of waiting to find out who made the error. I was willing to pay full price. They refused and told me to call back in 7 to 10 days.

I sent them copies of my order confirmation with each contact that was totally clear as to my order and the...

If you have ever been up late at night when the infomercials start to show up on the television, you may have seen infomercials for some of the work out DVD's that are sold on a website called Beachbody.com.

Beach Body sells some of the most effective workout DVD and VHS ever made. I will list the different programs and I am sure that you will recognize at least 1 of them.

I have personally own all of these workouts and I have had great results with them, unfortunately I have been slacking off recently, and today I decided that I better get back to working out, that is what gave the idea to write this review.

To be honest there isn't a single one of these workouts that I don't like. My absalute favorite is Turbo Jam, it is so fun, and super effective. I did Turbo Jam for about 4 months 2 summers ago and I lost 13 pounds, without dieting at all.
