I am a mother of three and my youngest child has autism. Not that credit card companies care about such matters...

I have been paying them consistently twice a month but they say I have been "late" which makes absolutely no sense. Apparently it is because I am not paying the minimum balance in full by the date due.

When I tried to get into the payment plan program, I did not qualify.

Unbelievable...Heartless...Uncaring....Just plain rude...

I decided to close my BOA accounts because the service provided by their employees and collecting agents is really bad. The worst that I had ever experienced. I was to pay off my credit card balance and they switched me to the supervisor for cnfirmation. The manager/supervisor (Shaun or Sawun) was rude on asking my account reouting and checking numbers. The background noise is really loud on his side. His attitude is bad and I can say he was shouting.
This is not the service that I expect since I do my own small business under BOA services. We never experience this kind of service before. Really, really bad !!!

Bank of America is not a good bank to do business with. From their WorldPoints Platinum Plus Mastercard to their checking and savings accounts. They pull you in with their 0% offers, but once you are in the good customer service stops there. When you email their customer service or do an online chat; they respond with prewritten responses so 9 times out of 10 it doesn't completely answer your question.

When you request a credit limit increase; they may reduce your limit. It doesn't matter how good a customer you are or how long you been with them. I know this from experience. I requested a credit line increase and they reduced my limit by about $5000. When I emailed them about this; they just sent me an empty apology for the inconvenience. Then to make matters worse; they sent me a set of checks about 2 weeks after they reduced my limit and they listed my credit limit at what my limit was before they reduced it. Bank of America is not a reliable bank to do business...

I really love this card.

I have had amazing customer service with Bank of America. I've never been charged for something that I haven't been informed about and whenever I want to inquire about something, I just use the livechat function after I log in to my account.

The rewards and points are easily attainable unlike some other programs. I am first year out of college, have used this card for about a year and a half now and have already claimed around $500 cashback. I shop online a lot and most sites I go to give me bonus points on my purchases - including Saks, Ralph Lauren, Bloomingdales, orbitz..

I love Bank of America's World Points program. Points are accumulated simply by using the credit card for as many purchases as I want. Once I've accumulated enough points, I simply call customer service and let them know I want to cash in my points for cash. They respond in a friendly, pleasant manner. I simply sit back and wait for a check to come in the mail!! ...

For seven years my Bank of America Worldpoints card has been my primary credit card. I have paid it off each month and used it aggressively to achieve over 90,000 points. The site states today and has always stated that 45,000 points = round trip to Hawaii. Today I found out that was a lie. That information was only confirmed after four calls to customer service and an amazing amount of on hold time followed by run around answers. My 90000 will not even get one ticket to Hawaii.

I am closing my account and will use every legal means at my disposal to argue my case.

Bank Of America is not watching the news and not payiny attention to the consumer's needs. They are quick to give you the card & a high spending limit but, they don't like to resolve a dispute that a customer submits. Since there is an epidemic of FRAUD happening, Bank Of America has been a company that doesn't deal with the problem to solve it but continues to make the customer suffer thru the process of correcting the FRAUD. I myslef am in a dispute right now with the Bank over the fact that I left my card along with my driver's license at a restaurant after apying my bill. The card must have been found and then used to the MAX. Bank Of America notified me by email, two days later that my card had"IRREGULAR CREDIT CARD ACTIVITY". I immediately called and spoke to the Fraud Rep that closed my account out and stated,"you won't be responsible for any fraud charges". Well, I have also filed formal complaints with the Federal Trade Commsssion and the Comptroller of Currency to try to secure......

I have had my BoA World Points card for about seven months and have no complaints. I have not tried to redemn points yet but do not expect any problems. It is easy to track my points on their website....

At the beginning of last July I tried to redeem 50,000 points for a $500 check. it sais on the BOA website that the check will be mailed within 14 business days. well, here it is almost 5 months later and several useless talks with customer service and still no check. I love that if you’re a day late on a cc payment you get a charge but BOA can just not pay what they owe and there’s really not much the customer can do about it other than stop using there products....

My experience with Bank of America World Points card has been very satisfactory. If you have an bank account with them it is easier to get a card. Access to all accounts is very easy with their banking site. Everything is at your finger tips. It takes a while to accumulate points, but in the end, after spending "X" amount of dollars, you can get cash back. That is what I am looking forward to....

I have been with BoA for a few years after they bought out MBNA. I loved MBNA they gave me an outstanding fixed rate and were very customer friendly. BoA took over things started to make a for the worse. First they changed the amount of time I had to make a payment making it so close that I would have to mail off my payment the day I received the bill or it would be late and heaven forbid that the post office is delayed in delivering your bill because you will not have time to pay by check. I use online bill pay so I had a few days before I had to make a payment on the card. MBNA gave me about 6 week before my payment was due. It was great, I would get the bill and would have about a month before it was due. BoA also changed the terms of the agreement so if I was late on any payments my rate would skyrocket with in normal for most cards however BoA and very little grace period. Couple that with a very short billing cycle and you can almost guarantee that your will lose your low rate which......

The BoA World Points card has been a better experience than airline point cards. There is no fee and I have a 7.99 for life rate. It's a keeper!
