I wanted one stroller to be active with, but also use when we were just out and about. The Baby Trend Expedition LX Jogger Travel System stroller had all the features in one. It's not small, but no stroller is that isn't an umbrella stroller. I love that the front wheel can swivel or stay in place as needed. It is very easy to fold and light enough to pick up and carry around. I really like the seat back reclining. It is easy to adjust even with baby in the stroller, and can be positioned exactly where you want it, no limited to a few spots like many other strollers. I also love that the car seat locks onto the stroller, and the handle shape makes it easier to carry. There are a couple things that I did consider before purchasing, the car seat when in the stroller is not reclined much and so a very young baby's head will tip forward or lean to the side. I rarely if ever use the car seat and stroller together because my baby loved being just in the stroller. If you have the front wheel...
...

Sunkistmk says "One size fits all versatility" about Baby Trend Expedition LX Jogger Travel System

The baby trend Jogger travel system is great. I love that I have the option to put the infant seat in and still use it as my son gets older. I have found it difficult to pull the trigger to lock the front tire and when it gets wobbling it's pretty tough to get back on track. I also wish there was more range in the seat for how straight it sits up and how flat it lays down. It seemed pretty limited. Other than that- I have loved this stroller/car seat combo. It's very easy to navigate, even one handed. It's also able to be driven over all sorts of rough terrain without too much trouble. There may be some bugs to work out but I still wouldn't trade it for another stroller- unless it's just a new improved version of this one.
...

Shayd says "Functional for the running enthusiast" about Baby Trend Expedition LX Jogger Travel System

I have not tried any other jogging stroller, so I can't give a comparable review. I can tell you what I know about the stroller. I have a stay-at-home-moms running group where we run with our kids and this stroller is functional and not overly burdensome. While the non-swivel front wheel is great for stability, it makes for some what awkward turns. It's not really heavy, but I have not traveled with my stroller yet to say how well it collapses for easy portability. I mainly picked this model for the drink holders, but they prove to be too wide and too shallow to really hold anything firmly. This could be improved with grippers on the inside of the holder. I just use the canopy zippered compartments to tuck in my drink which works fine. For the price I paid for the stroller, I would recommend it to others. I'm a big believer in "you get what you pay for", so I'm sure something more expensive would be better, but I'm thus far satisfied with this product....

i like this stroller because it is easy to take anywhere. the stroller is easily pushed in all kinds of environments and it is durable. The baby seems to be comfortable in the stroller too, which is important. I also like the stroller because there is room to put the baby's stuff and my stuff too if I go on a walk. I mostly like the smooth ride it gives....

Very convenient and a nice travel system. Love how the carseat goes right onto the stroller. Stroller is good for amusement parks and local festivals. I like how you can recline the stroller so that a baby/toddler can nap. The only con is the steering is hard at times....

pranalla says "Cute but not very user friendly" about Baby Trend Expedition LX Jogger Travel System

I had registered for this item based on the ease of adjusting the carseat straps. Had we tried the display model out more, perhaps we would have learned more about the product. My toddler at 30 pounds makes the stroller almost impossible to manuver around corners and the wheels squeak with each push when he is in it. The problems started long before he reached toddler stage. The carseat carrying handle is nearly impossible to put down. I thought it was isolated to my carseat, until I tried the display model at the store. My daycare teacher said that she dreads seeing that carseat come in because she knows how hard it will be to lower the handle.

The ease of adjusting the shoulder straps on the carseat is a wonderful asset. With just a quick turn of the handle you can raise or lower the straps with just one hand.

Over all I would not buy this product again if given the choice.
...

I was excited to find this product because it was the ONLY jogging stroller travel system I could find. I was quite pleased with this. The only thing I can complain about is that since they are bicycle tires, you do have to fill them frequently.
...
