I suffer from psoriosis, so finding a way to shave my legs when I have a break out has been something that I have struggled with for many years.

I then came across this Avon product when I stayed at a friends house and have been using it ever since.

It provides a layer between the skin and the razor which means that instead of irritating my already tender skin, it just glided over it getting rid of the unwanted hair without making my skin condition worse.

I would highly recommend this not only as an affordable shaving gel, but also as one of the best.

Avon's Skin So Soft Shaving Gel now has a great new look and is even better! I love the new packaging (white instead of blue) and it even stays on till you shave it off much better then the old formula! So it's not just a new package or an enhanced name but a great new formula! And at a price we all can afford at $5.00 per bottle! WOW! Such a bargain! this also gives you an incredibly close shave while eliminating the knics and cuts of other creams and gels. While other gels may be a tad less exensive you do get what you pay for! I've tried several other gels just to compare for my own piece of mind and have found out that while other gels were less expensive they used to come off before I even had a chance to take a razor to my leg, thus totally making them worthless to me! Whenever I shave, I want my legs to look great and be soft and smooth. Avon Skin So Soft Shaving Gel is a great shave gel that really delivers because everytime I use it, my shaved legs have a soft and smooth feel and look great. The shaving gel is a pretty thick formula with a clean and fresh scent. Just a little is needed on the legs to make a big lather. I like that the gel is colored so I can see where I place it. Once the lather is set, my razor glides easy over the gel and rinses easily away. The gel doesn't dry out my skin and leaves my skin feeling more moisturized and very soft. The lather rinses clean away so that there is no heavy film or residue left on my skin. This product is widely available and only costs about $4. Only a little gel is needed each use, so one container of the gel goes along way. The name of this product is so perfect because everytime I use it, it really does leave my skin so soft and my legs smooth.

I have been purchasing Skin So Soft products from Avon for many years. In fact. my mother and grandmother use to sell Avon products when I was a little girl. I sold it too for some time, but have since went back to school and am raising my two boys alone. I have found that it is a very reputable product with many uses. It is an inexpensive alternative to more mall-like brand name products that cost so much more and do not work as well. I love that I can get it in many scents and have the spray oils available! I love the oil sprays! The scent lasts all day and night and it drives my boyfriend crazy! I like that there are so many options to choose from and it leaves my skin feeling so soft and touchable! I will use these products for many years to come. I have been using these products for at least 15 years. I do hope there are more scents available in the future. I would recommend these products to everyone!

Everybody should try Avon Skin So Soft Shaving Gel. It leaves your skin feeling smoothes and it conditions your skin. I don't get that horrible razor burn when I use this and you never get the after shave dryness like you do with other products. I have highly recommended this product to friends and family members and they absolutely love it. My daughters use it all the time. It doesn't make a mess and cleans off easily. It is also very affordable. Most of the time you can find it on sale in the Avon brochures or buy it as a package deal with other Avon products and get a great deal. My friends have also used this product and highly recommend it as well.

In my opinion, Avon always produces high quality products. I use all of their products for all of my beauty needs. From make-up, anti-aging, foot care products and fragrance to even their clothing line. If you can't tell already, I am a very loyal Avon customer.

Avons Skins so soft is just that. If you want your skin to be soft not dry. Skin so soft is the answer. It smells great and is easy to use. They also have it in lotion. One of the other great features about this Skin so soft from avon is that it keeps bugs away and its not what it was made to do but it does do it. I was up camping one summer i heard this so i tested it out. Now normally when i go camping i use bug repeliant. But this summer i didn't i used skin so softs lotion the pink one which is soft and sensual. I didn't get one bug bite all vacation long. I was to say the least amazed at this idea. Not only does it come in lotion but in shave gel. Its amazing not only do i use it but my mom uses it and so does my sister. I love skin so soft by avon. You can get it in chapstick, lotion, shave get, an actuall bug repaliant and sun screen. Its a great product and you can trust me on that one.

I have tried Nair in the past and after the directed time literally nothing happened then several minutes later nothing had still happened... I gave up!

I was surprised that the Skin SO Soft hair removal cream actually worked, and worked well! I love this product! I also love the version made for the face.

Just make sure you use it for the time directed on the bottle. My sister who also loves this product and hated Nair left it on too long expecting it not to work and it will burn you a bit if you leave it on too long!

I will agree with everyone who wrote a review about this product. It is awesome !

Ladies if you've ever shaved your legs and gotten razor burn or dry and uncomfortable skin afterwards, this product will end that once and for all. Honestly I think any guy would like using this as well, it's so much more comfortable than foam or foaming gels.

The thick icy blue gel formula really stays where you apply it, it doesn't run or drip and the blue color is a great visual aid for a more thorough shave. I usually apply it to moistened skin, it spreads much easier that way, I let it sit for about a minute to 'soften' the hair and then I begin. Your favorite razor will glide over your skin like a hot knife through butter, it won't tug and it manuvers over curvy areas with ease. I'm finding that I get a closer shave with this product as it makes a wonderful barrier between skin and razor; my legs feel like silk and I seem to have to shave less often but, that could just...

I absolutely love this shaving gel. I am always looking for ways to avoid shaving with a razor, as I always seem to get nicked up. Avon Skin So Soft Shaving Gel takes the hair off and I am able to go several days before I need to use it again. My only complaint is that I wish they would sell it in big bottles, maybe gallon size. I mean I go through it so fast and never want to run out. I would buy it in a heart beat if it came in a much bigger size than it does now.

Overall, I highly recommend this product to anyone that is looking for easy hair removal.
