Avon's Silicone Glove Hand Cream is a wonderful, wonderful product. I have tried a gazillion hand creams, and this one is my favorite. It doesn't have an overpowering scent which drives me nuts. It has a subtle, fragrance that works for me. My hands are constantly in water. Most hand creams wash off the minute your hands touch water. Avon's Silicone Glove hand cream stays on for a LONG time. It doesn't leave my hands feeling greasy and oil-slicked! It makes my hands feel soft, and I don't have to reapply it every half hour. With other creams, I found myself constantly reapplying, reapplying, reapplying, etc. My sister-in-law saw my "raw hands" and purchased this cream for me. She told me to try it...since she used it and loved it. I tried it, and I was hooked immediately. Avon has some really good products out there. This cream happens to be one of my favorites and I would recommend it to anyone with dry, cracked hands. It is terrific! Thanks Avon!!!...

Silicone Glove it the best! I have used it for over 10 years and it has never let me down. I am a teacher and I am always washing my hands!!This stuff stays on!! Its like water off a ducks back. When you put it on your hands, you can feel it starting to work right away. You can tell it is sealing in the moisture that your hands need. When you wash your hands, it doesnt wash away. It is "locked" into your skin and protects it constantly.

Silicone Glove hand lotion by Avon is a life saver if you wash your hands frequently. It will last through quite a few washings and protects your hands. I have worked in a dental office for many years and found that the constant hand washing made my hands painfully dry, Silicone glove helped keep my hands soft and healthy. It has worked great during the winter months as well; protecting my hands from the cold, dry air and helping to prevent them from cracking. In addition to using it on my hands, I found that it works great for my feet as well; I no longer have a problem with rough,cracked heels after using Silicone Glove. It has a light, pleasant scent that does not overwhelm and a rich, thick texture. The price is great considering how well it works and they sell smaller tubes that are great to keep in your purse and car. I have purchased many tubes and have added it to gift baskets because it works so well.

I'm constantly washing my hands (my college nickname was Compulsive Handwasher, which I took as a compliment), so I am always on the lookout for a quality, value-priced hand lotion. I needn't look any further since I discovered Silicone Glove by Avon.

As soon as I used this lotion, my dry and painful hands had instant relief. The lotion has just the right amount of consistency and is not too gooey, runny, or heavy. My hands are silky and soft for a long time, even with multiple hand-washings. Of course, since I have become addicted to this stuff, I often re-apply it several times a day.

As much as I love this lotion, I still haven't gotten over it's strange fragrance. When I open the tube and my dog runs out of the room, I know that it's not just me. On a good note, my dog likes to lick me way too much so this has been a useful tool in getting her to refrain from that.

If you can get over the strange smell, I highly recommend Silicone Glove.

I love Avon's Silicone Glove Hand Cream! I have used it for years because of the rapid results it provides. I previously worked in the fast food industry and was constantly washing my hands which dried them out severely. I tried several different products that were on the market, but nothing worked like Avon's Silicone Glove hand cream! My hands would be raw from extreme hand washing and it was first aid to my hands with quick results.

Regardless of the source of your dryness, nothing will relieve it faster than Silicone Glove. I have sensitive skin and that was a concern at first, but no problem with this product. I keep the large tube in my bathroom and several small tubes in handy locations, like my purse and desk.

I apply this product after I've already applied a separate moisturizing hand cream, and it does an excellent job of keeping my hands moisturized for a longer period of time and protecting my hands, even after frequent washings. Used alone, it doesn't work quite as well, and I'm not very fond of the scent (it's not a very feminine scent) but fortunately, the smell doesn't linger for very long. Men can use this cream without any fear of smelling the least bit feminine....

I wash my hands a lot. I deal with the public and handle materials that can get messy. Silicone glove was one of my favorite finds in lotion.

I use nivea cream, from the little round tins they have for a buck, and moisturize, then let that soak in a bit, and cover it with silcone glove. My hands feel great, and are protected through 3-5 hand washings. My skin looks younger, too.

Fresh smell, without over-powering, and reasonably priced. I hope AVON keeps this product available.

I'd recommend this to anyone who can't seem to keep their hands moisturized enough.

Is there anyone who has never used Avon? I thnk they make at least a little bit of everything! Lotions seem to be a specialty!

I have been using Avon forever it seems. My mother has been selling it since I was a child & that was a long, long time ago. I still use it among many other lines. But one product that no one seems to be able to beat is Silicone Glove.

Silicone Glove feels just like the name says---like you are wearing a glove of silicone! You put this lotion on & forget it! It stays on even after you wash your hands although I suggest that you reapply, because if you use a lot of soap, you lose a lot of it! It is after all a lotion, not a miracle!

This lotion is very soothing & softening. I have never used anything that felt any better! The container says that the extra boost comes from Silicone & Glycerin. It says it is formulated with intensive moisturizers & serious skin protection. What I can tell you is that if you have dry skin problems on your hands to...

I had almost dispaired of ever finding a hand cream. Body lotion was no problem, basically all I required was fragrance free. Hand cream was a different story. Every product I tried, including fragrance free, was unsatisfactory and some had perfumes that would kill a moose! Then I tried Avon's Silicone Glove. Although it has a scent it is pleasant, not overpowering. It is difficult too describe except to say it has a fresh smell.
This, and the fact that it is a heavy duty hand cream (thus the name), makes it popular with men. I never dreamed that it was what I was looking for. Regularly $3.00 for 125ml (4.2 fluid ounces), it it often on sale for less than $2.00. Available from your Avon representative or www.avon.com.
