I love this new innovative lipstick from AVON called Pro-To-Go Lipstick. How cool is it that you just push up on the button and glide the smooth lipstick over your lips and then slide the button back down again. It comes in a lot of different, beautiful colors to suit a lot of different people's skin tones and complexions. I have found it to be reasonably priced for this type of lipstick. There is usually a sale on it that I find in the brochures and on-line that I believe fit even the smallest beauty budget. Compared to other lipsticks at the department stores which can be outrageously priced for a lipstick, this AVON Pro-To-Go Lipstick is an awesome, over-the-top product. I have ordered several colors for myself and also as a gift for my family and friends. They all seemed to like it as much as I do. I would highly recommend this product to any female that is beauty-budget minded and likes to try a new product.

I like the coverage but not the shade I bought. The color lasts a couple hours but the moisture lasts most of the day. Is a good product for the money.

I really enjoy this lipstick. I absolutely love the shade i chose, golden plum, and its a great lip stick. The one handed application is a great idea while on the go and I have had no problems with it at all. And Avon does have great customer service and return policy. If you are ever unsatisfied with a product, just contact an Avon representative directly and they will take care of the return or exchange for you and it would cost you nothing. I work for Avon as a representative so i really know how this all works and extend the best customer service i can to all my clients....

I bought this Avon Pro-To-Go lipstick for 5.99 on special and I'm very glad that it did not cost me more because after 3 applications the item does not work . you cannot get the lipstick to roll up and the metal sleeve does not roll down so you cant apply the lipstick .

I have had no luck with Avon customer service . My invoice said it may not be necessary to return the product for refund and I do not want to pay out another 2.50 to send it back only to get a 5.99 refund.

I was told by there phone customer service that they are behind 6 months in answering emails because they only have 2 girls doing them. Well thats not not my problem . she was not helpful and told me to send the item back . I told her that the invoice says I may not need to send the item back to get a refund and she said in my case I would need to send it back to them at my expense.

buyer beware . its such a shame because I like most Avon products but with this kind of service I don't want to take anymore chances with...
