I have battled acne for most of my teen and adult life, although at first I didn't realize that this was the case. I tried most of the products available in the local supermarkets and drugstores but they either dried my skin out to the point of peeling, or they didnt clear up my blemishes. Then I found an acne skincare system at a local beauty salon that worked great - when I could afford it! There were 6-8 different products in the line and they were all outrageously priced. But because this system showed some results, I continued to purchase the elements of the system piecemeal as I could afford them. The trouble was, I never had all the products I needed at the same time! I would run out of one and have to wait to purchase it until I could afford to. So, eventhough I saw results, they were off again/on again results. Then the salon switched their skincare line and eventhough it was a bit more reasonable on the wallet, I just didn't want to start again trying a new product. ...

I have had acne problems since I was about 12 years old. I have battled not only small blackheads, whiteheads, and pimples, but huge outbreaks and sits almost 1/4 inch in diameter. Over the years I have tried just about everything including generic over the counter solutions, brand name over the counter solutions, acne solutions advertised on television, and even prescription medications from my family doctor and dermatologist. While some things didn't work at all, some did work better than others, but nothing really worked well. Clearskin Professional has been the first product I have ever used that actually showed signs of working within three days! In less than a month my acne was almost entirely cleared up. Within six weeks I was able to go get the photos I have posted with this review taken, and as you can see, my skin looks great! The Avon Clearskin Professional Acne Treatment System is wonderful. I cannot compare it to other treatment systems as this is the first I have tried and I won't be shopping around. It works. I have been using it for about a month and I have had one minor breakout as a result of not using it while travelling for 2 days.

It is a three part system. 1 - Deep Pore Cleansing Scrub, 2 - Clarifying Toner Pads, 3 - Daily Correcting Lotion.

I use the scrub once a day and the toner pads & lotion twice a day. It is sold as the three piece set or you can purchase each part individually. At first I thought it was expensive, however since it works and it goes on sale every few months I plan on stocking up when I can. I am sure with all the "single step" products I have tried, I have spent more than this system. Once I started using the system, I realized that you really get a lot for your money.

The only negative, is the smell. It is not offensive and my family doesn't notice it. ...
