I have really sensitive and dry skin and I have a very difficult time finding products that don't aggitate my skin. This is a nice product, it doesn't bother my sentive skin and it isn't overly greasy. The only complaint I have is that sometimes I don't feel it is moisturizing enough and it could have a higher SPF.

I have been through many skin moisturizers trying to find something that works with my combination skin. Aveeno Ultra-Calming is what I have found to be the best moisturizer! It goes on easily and is not sticky. Some products are thick and sticky feeling, but this is a smooth lotiony product. It feels lightweight and once you rub it in you don't feel it on your face. I have sensitive, fair skin and am prone to being a little red or pink when it is irritated. When using this product, I have noticed the redness has diminished a great deal! My skin is also smoother and more evenly toned. I use it under my makeup and it does not leave any oily residue or shine after putting everything on. Mine also has the SPF 15 which is perfect for daily application. Sun protection is important these days and this is an easy way to incorporate it into your daily routine. Aveeno ultra-calming moisturizing cream is a God-send for me! NO SERIOUSLY! I got put on some new medicine that I had some sort of freak reaction to that gave my face a TERRIBLE rash (and right before I was supposed to go on summer vacation with my boyfriend). The rash was also drying my skin like crazy. I could NOT find anything that I could put on my face to soothe my poor skin, until my friend recommended I try the Aveeno ultra-calming moisturizing cream! Not only did it help to soothe my dried and cracking skin, but it also took away some of the redness! I kid you not! There's no soap (It uses feverfew, which is a relative of chamomile) so it really does help to calm both your skin AND your nerves! Did I mention it's also hypoallergenic? Yeah, aveeno really went all-natural on this one, and my skin is truly thanking them for it! I highly recommend this to anyone fighting off problems with a stressed out face! It saved mine!

I purchased Aveeno Ultra-Calming Moisturizing Cream because they discontinued my old moisturizer. I only use moisturizer for Winter months because my skin dries out so much. It was made with natural products and was supposed to be good for your skin. I didn't have the problem with the red irritated skin, just dry. It was terrible. There was no moisturizing at all. It dried my skin out worse. I tried to cintinue using the Aveeno Ultra-Calming Moisturizing Cream for a week. I ended up returning the Aveeno Ultra-Calming Moisturizing Cream because it was so drying and I wasn't a big fan of the scent either. Kind of defeated the purpose of using a moisturizer. I could probably use Aveeno Ultra-Calming Moisturizing Cream during the summer months when my face is oily easier.

I first was introduced to Aveeno by my dermatologist. About a year ago I began to have really red patches on my face that itched constantly Nothing I was using seemed to help the situation, so off to the specialist I went. There could be a couple of reasons that I was having the problem that both required the same solution. He offered me some samples of Aveeno to try as an alternative to going with a prescription medicine. I have used other Aveeno products in the past and knew they were quality although a little pricey.

Every evening after showering I began to apply a light coat all over my face. In less than a weeks time the redness and itching went away. I no longer walk around with the look of a perpetual sunburn. This has become a nightly routine to put Aveeno on before going to bed.

I have tried store brands that are suppose to be comparable but they just do not work as well to calm the symptoms. Something is a little different in the formulas. So althugh...

Aveeno Ultra Calming products work great to calm the redness in my skin, plus my skin is clear for the first time in ages. I love the smell of the products as well.

Well, I bought this product on sale at CVS and decided to give a try since I like trying new things and I was able to get it at a really low cost. I use it as part of my daily routine to put on my face in the morning. I don't know if is supposed to have a calming effect but it does feel rather nice on. However, beyond that I really see no benefit to the cream. Maybe after a longer period of use I will start to see some real effect.

It is a bit pricier than some of the other creams on the market and so I would not have normally purchased it unless I could have gotten it as cheap as I did. Although the aveeno brand is one that I like I don't often purchase it becuase of the price difference. I can get the store brand that probably works just as well at about half or sometimes a third of the cost. If you are looking just for a nice cream I think I would go with the less expensive brand and not worry about the brand name stuff.

I truly love this stuff. I have rosacea and use a topical prescription daily. I also use this cream daily. About a year ago I ran out of the Aveeno. I thought my skin would be fine with just the prescription. Boy was I wrong. I began seeing the redness again despite regular use of the medicine. Although it was not as bad as it had been in the beginning, there was a noticeable difference. I bought the Aveeno and within 3 days my face was looking much better.

I will not let myself run out of it again, it makes all the difference!!

I have senstive skin. Aveeno helps with redness and calms my skin. I then apply make up. My skin feels smoother and softer after use. I highly recommend this product.

Aveeno Ultra-Calming Moisturizing Cream is a very good product. It's about $15 for a 4oz bottle. It comes in a pump bottle, and 1 pump does my whole face and neck so 1 bottle really lasts a long time. I have terrible dry skin and my face is often red--maybe rosacea, not sure--and this product claims to relieve redness and it actually works! I'm not saying it took all the redness away, but it is so much better now and my dry skin is gone! I highly recommend this product to those with ultra dry skin and/or redness. Two Thumbs Up!...

I have always had a hard time finding the right moisturizer for my face...my cheeks are dry while my t-zone can be prone to oil. I have tried all the brands out there, from budget to splurge, and found this product to truly be the best!

Since I started using it over a year ago my skin is GREAT! My cheeks are smooth and my t-zone is not an oil well...this moisturizer truly evens my skin out and had completely reduced the redness I always seemed to have.

And no pimples! I never break out from Aveeno, and I have very sensitive skin that is prone to cystic acne.
