smblomker says "Not the best for hair removing." about As Seen On TV Tweeze Hair Remover

The Tweezer hair remover isn't the best product to buy or even think about trying. I spent the money just to see if it was worth it and it ripped those hairs out and hurt as it did. It said it was easy, sure that may be, but its not worth having you face and skin where you use it hurt and cause you any kind of disconfert of any kind.

They give you a cream usely to us after your done using it. In some ways the cream can cause a little bit of burning after use. I stopped using the product as soon as I figured out that it didn't do what they said it would do.

Please, don't buy it, its not worthy of the cash coing out of your pocket. If you like pain maybe you should just try a good wax. At least that would pull on the hair and make you flinch every time you use it.

The tweezer was someones idea that they thought it would be good. But, I guess they didn't count on it being one that lots of women thought would take some of the ease out of plucking. It didn't work, time to go back to the drawing...
...

When I received my Tweezer as seen on TV,, I really did not pay attention as to how it should work properly. My friend in Conn. felt the same way, but when I followed instructions, it did a good job for me. I contacted my friend in Conn. and she was happy too. we are both in our late 70's and the Tweezer does a better job than my tweezer.that I had to pluck with mirror in hand, and it only pulled one hair at a time too. Also the hair regrowth was not fast. When I used my regular tweezer, I had to use it EVERY DAY. not so with the tweezer. I dropped it so many times, that I broke it and I am now going to Bed Bath and Beyond to replace it. They usually carry TV products.

...

This product didn't work exactly how I wanted but it does work. It only removes one hair at a time. Just don't put your eye makeup on first!...

I waited patiently for my Tweeze to arrive. It would be my salvation to years of shaving unwanted facial hair. It was not to be. What it did was rub my face raw, and catch underarm hairs, but not pluck them. I bled. I then tried it on the bikini area. Same thing. It caught the hairs, but did not pluck them. In order to remove longer hair, you must first clip it down to 5mm. It does state, in the user manual, that it is intended for single hairs on upper lip, chin, and cheek area, but I had no luck in any area. ...

codemistress says "The Tweeze Works! But don't expect too much." about As Seen On TV Tweeze Hair Remover

OK, I waited until it was in the stores before attempting this product. I didn't believe all the hype, and I was right. I knew it would feel like an electronic hair plucker - that's all it is. It doesn't do all that the commercial promised, but it does get rid of my ugliest hairs - which is what I needed. I haven't tried it anywhere but my face, and I only remove two or three hairs a day. Eventually, I hope to have that "all hair gone" face in two weeks. If you are looking for a hair removal product to replace razers, trimmers, and wax, this isn't it. But if you want to replace your tweezers with something a little faster, this is the product for you....

please don't buy! this product seems to rip the hair out and what ever else might get in it's path. when i took it out of the package and realized how dangerouse it looked and i had second thoughts about using it. it has a wheel that spins very fast and loud and you put this up to your skin and it is supposed to pluck the hair so fast that you don't feel it. what really happens is you put it up to you skin and it hurts like hell, but then you realize it didn't even take that much hair out! it leaves most of it behind, so all the pain you go through you really see no results. i'm a sucker so i tried it on the same spot over and over again, but it never seemed to grab that many hairs! i was left with red sensitive skin. please do not buy!
...

This product is a complete rip off! It doesn't work well at all. It scratches your skin and doesn't remove facials hairs as stated. You're better off just getting out the tweezers and doing it the old fashion way! Don't waste your time or money!!!...

Quick View: The "As Seen in TV" demons got at me once again. I saw an infomercial for Tweeze (pronounced Tweezie). It said it was painless and safe and would remove hair from faces and other unwanted areas and keep it away for weeks. Right. Well, if you're into torture, you may like this thing. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

About As Seen on TV Tweeze Hair Remover

This "thing" a battery operated plastic do-dad with wires on the top. You hold it like you would a traditional shaver but slant it slightly. Turn it on and it will buzz. Put it against your face and you will shriek, scream, cuss (even if you never have before), and possibly cry. Your face will feel like you have sucked the skin off it and you will have big red marks where you have attempted to discreetly remove unwanted hair. The Tweeze is slightly less painful on other parts of the body but still, crazy painful. I am not a fan of unnecessary pain but I am not a wuss. I can take pain well. But why should I? I tried this on what...
...
