I bought this for my first daughter and ended up having a c-section. I was so glad I had this co-sleeper. It was great having my baby right next to me so I didn't have to get up out of bed during the night. Would recommend this to anyone!...

sparklingmagnolia says "Not great for moms with c-sections!" about Arms Reach Mini Co-Sleeper

We bought the Arms Reach Mini Co Sleeper because I was led to believe that it is practical for breastfeeding moms, as well as moms who have had a c-section. On the Arms Reach website they clearly state that it is great for moms who have had a c-section, so it is not something that I have relied on by word of mouth from other moms. Who better to trust than the manufacturer?

In my honest opinion I will have to disagree that it is great for moms with a c-section. I could NOT in any shape or form turn my body sideways or place my body into a position which would allow me to pick the baby up. I always had to have someone get her for me. This was pretty frustrating and disappointing because one of the main reasons for getting it was because I knew I was having a c-section.

I'm also not pleased with having to buy leg extensions for the co-sleeper. I feel it should already come with a built-in type leg extension system. I ordered the co sleeper and leg extensions all on the same day and when my......

We got this because it had the highest weight limit for a co-sleeper, however after having it and then seeing pack and plays, i would have much rather gone with a pack in play instead. its good the weight limit is high, however once they can pull them selves up you cant really use it anymore which came long before my son reached the weight limit.

If we would have went with the pack in play instead he could still use it now at age one for naps or out of town..for the money we didnt really get the use out of it.
...

I loved this when I used it for my son I loved having him right by me and not having to get out of bed to get him in the middle of the night. I breastfed him so it was so much easier to get him out in the middle of the night and I felt safe being able to keep him close but not to close to me during the night higly recommend to use for the first few months...

dcw says "IMPOSSIBLE TO CLEAN" about Arms Reach Mini Co-Sleeper

I wanted to share my room with my baby to be, but did have much space in my room, so I purchased a mini co-sleeper on E-Bay. This came to me well maintained and clean, so I just cleaned the sheets. Co-sleeping never worked out for us because my husband is a light sleeper, so we packed this product back up into the box and I stored it. I couple of months ago, I pulled this out and there is some discolor to the item. So I need to clean it to resell it, but can not figure out how. I even tried to contact the company, but they have yet to respond.

Long story short, this is a great idea, but how do you clean it?
...

butaflygrl81 says "Something I could have lived without" about Arms Reach Mini Co-Sleeper

I received this as a gift for my 2nd son. I used it to actually co-sleep for maybe a week. My son hated it. He wanted to be close to mommy, and this wasn't close enough. I ended up using it as a changing table since it has the drop down side, it was a lot easier to change him in the middle of the night. Now I use it as a large toy box in my living room. I think it's a little too expensive, for something that is smaller in size, a standard pack N' Play would have done exactly this would have except the drop down side railing. And it's a pain to set up, and to break down....

JamieJ says "An overall great product that I wouldn't want to live without" about Arms Reach Mini Co-Sleeper

I bought this so that I would have the baby right next to me at night since I knew I would want to check on her constantly and want to be able to look over and see her right away. This product certainly allows for that. The baby won't sleep in it at night, however. She does fine for daytime naps, but at night she fights it. We were able to place her carseat in the co-sleeper (it fits perfectly) and so she sleeps in that. I'm fine with that and still love the co-sleeper because it allows for her to be next to me. I wish the mattress was a little thicker because that may be what keeps her from sleeping on it. She is a newborn so she may just be fussy. Regardless, there is no other product out there that allows such closeness and yet peace of mind that she is in her own bed and not ours. It was hard for my husband to put together even though he is very skilled at assembling. It was easy to attach to the bed and has never been an issue since. I do have a hard time getting......
