I'm glad that they offer healthier options at applebees, but what about the other bad for you things. I'm talking about the sodium content. Taking out the fat, well they have to flavor the food another way right?

The portions are right, not too much. But sometimes you'll still feel hungry because it wasn't enough.

I give them props for at least trying, but there has to be a solution for the sodium content, lots of people are struggling with high blood pressure and thats no help.

Applebee's has come up with a great menu for people who are trying to eat healthy. There is a whole section to chose from where it clearly states how many points each entre has. VERY easy to use, and there is no guess work involved. Most everything on it also tastes good and I know that there is going to be enough there to actually make me full. I would highly reccomend that if you are lookig for a place to go and eat without any of the guess work that is normally involved in picky something healthy. You can rest easy that you will find something that you will enjoy and not feel bad about eating it later on down the road. I have been here many times and I will most certianly return. Oh, and I dont want to forget to mention that thier prices are pretty average. I have sometimes wished that it was a little cheaper but considering that it is healthy and I dont have to worry about hwo many calories I am eating. I am greatful

It's not enough. If Applebee's would just post the nutritional information for ALL of their menu items, then we could make informed decisions by ourselves (only eat half, leave off the cheese, etc...) and potentially enjoy the eating out experience more.

The only thing I've found so far that I like is the chili lime chicken salad.

Let me start by saying I am not new to dieting, but I am also not a large person. I joined weight wathers because I wanted to learn to eat healthier and really learn how to control myself. I loved it! I saw results right away, but I was disappointed by the lack of menu items at most restaurants, so when found that Appleby's had a weight watchers menu I was overjoyed! Finally a chain that cared to think about dieters...sadly I was dissapointed. The menu was very bare and had only one dessert. I am a chocolate lover, but sometimes I want ice cream and not just cake, but cake was the only dessert listed on the weight watchers menu. The steak was small and so were the other protions, which is understandable, we are trying to loose weight, but I would have to eat another meal within an hour of eating. I would love to see more of a selection and bigger portions.

The recipes are pretty good but the food depends on which Applebees you are dining in. I've had the same items at different locations and it tasted like different menu items. The price is fair for the menu but there aren't' any Core options without having to substitute and exclude items....

The menu variety of Applebee's is wonderful for watching your weight. They provide several options with healthy alternatives that are delicious and filling. Taste is never sacrificed and the portion sizes are realistic. They also offer yummy desserts and apetizers along with the main course meal.

I have tried Applebee's new Weight Watcher's Menu and would recommend it to anyone. The selections are not only tasty, but filling. They do not taste like diet food in the least. They also have Weight Watcher dessert selections available on the menu. I think more restaurants need to start catering to the health conscious....

I love that Applebee's has this Weight Watcher's Menu, but it is not overly helpful to those of us doing the Weight Watchers Core Foods program. I understand that the majority of WW clients do the points program, but I find core more convenient to my lifestyle. I think Applebees probably has several options already on their menu that would fit into the Core program, but it would be helpful to know for sure. Hats off to them for recognizing that Weight Watchers is a lifestyle change and not just a fad diet, but I would LOVE to see a core foods section....

The Applebees weight watchers menu is a life saver. It is great when my husband wants to go out to dinner and I am on my last few points for the day, it helps me stay on track and yet allow him to order the big meal with deep fried goodness added to it. I wish more restaurants would find this beneficial for many people and add this to thier menus. ...

The food on Applebees Weight Watchers menu is great. I enjoy ordering from it every time I go there, but I wonder how healthy it really is. It just seems too good to be true. A friend of mine told me that there was a review and study of the menu and it came out that there is a lot more calories and fat in the food than what is shown on the menu. If she's right then my points have been blown to hell on many occassions....

The menu has tons of wonderful fow fat options. It's so nice to be able to eat out with my family & friends and not have to worry about putting junk into my body. The food is portationed just right & taste GREAT! Everyone in my family can order form the WW menu even if they are not on the plan. It's so nice to be on a strick diet & be able to have someone cook for you....

I think that Applebee's weight watchers is a great idea. This allows people who are trying to watch what they eat but also have something delicious options to choose from when going out with friends/ family. they will no longer have to stress about if theyre consuming to many carbs, sugar,etc.... The food on that part of the menu is tasty and healthy to pluses in one....

Thank you to Applebees for providing easy to pick eating chooses for those of us watching our nutritional intake. Applebees weight watchers menu may be small but it makes eating out less of a chore. While not laden with the flavor of all the extra fat and butter sauces, the flavor of the food itself shines through. Too many restaurants hide the nutritional information or make it impossible to get (Granite City). When I get to pick the restaurant I choose Applebees because dinner out is about the friends and conversation, not worrying about how much sodium, fat, or calories I am consuming. ...

I absolutely love the Weight Watcher's selections on the Applebees menu. I love that they include the calories and fat content in the meals. Weight Watcher's is a proven diet, but even if it is not for you, the menu items at Applebees will work - regardless of the diet you are on.

I really love the salad and the fish. You can not tell these meals are missing any calories or fat. Delicious.

There are a lot of people who are always watching their weight, but there are also many times when you eat out with family or friends. Applebees is a wonderful place to go because it not only has healthy food, but the food also tastes great. There is a large variety of choices on the Weight Watchers menu as well. It is somewhat expensive, but still very affordable....
