I've had my Ipod for a little over a year. It's a 2nd generation, which I got as soon as it came out. I had never owned an mp3 player before. I wanted a larger screen so my 3 year old nephew could watch his shows on it and I'd have a big screen for pictures. I was an Ipod hater before getting my Ipod Touch. Now I understand why Ipod dominates the mp3 industry. It was so easy to use! The apps are incredible. I have so many of them, and most have been free. I do a lot of reading using my Touch and having the large screen makes it so easy. I also love how easy it is to find my music, versus the other styles with the little "wheel". I don't use the contacts or Calendar, since I use Outlook with my phone, so I don't have much to say about it. The screen is so clear, both for the pictures and video. Just like having an Iphone but without the phone part. This is probably the best purchase I have ever made. I consider my Ipod touch an investment! I have over 500 songs on my Ipod and its not even halfway full. The best part has got to be the ability to get an internet connection. I like the fact that wherever there is free wi-fi (which is almost everywhere nowadays) I can take out my Ipod and surf the net. The connection is great and I can do all of my internet surfing on the go. Being able to download songs on the go is great to. Being able to access the internet wirelessly on this Ipod is so handy. The Ipod touch is very user friendly. Even if you have never had an Ipod before with a little practice you can figure out how to use your Ipod touch. I travel a lot so I can load my Ipod up with movies to keep me entertained while I am on the airplane. The sound quality of the Ipod touch is great to even with the Apple head phones. The Ipod touch is, to sum up in a few words, the greatest mp3 player ever. It only does everything. Featuring moderately massive memory capabilities, a super sleek interface, and top- of- the- line touch qualities, the Ipod touch is simply an mp3 player that caters to everybody, even those who do not readily listen to music. On one side, the Ipod touch appeals to music lovers with its innovative album wallpapers and the wifi makes adding new songs a breeze. On the other hand, the Ipod touch appeals to everybody else with its intuitive widgets, entertaining apps, and useful guides, all of which can be found in the App store located conveniently on the Ipod's first page. Honestly, the Ipod touch allows users to skip the computer process because the Ipod touch is the closest anyone will ever get to finding an electronic device as small as the Ipod with as many computer utilities. We purchased the Ipod Touch 2nd generation with 16 gb of memory for one of our children. This product can hold not only downlaod music but also videos and games for enterteinment. Ipod touch can also get connected to wifi which is great for those of us who are addicted to Facebook. My child has shown me so many unique qualities that this piece of equipment can do and I am amazed at how far technology has come since my days of being introduced to Atari and MTV. Now we can bring MTV with us or download over 1000 songs to listen to. Then when you get tired of the music you have you can start all over and download new music. After watching and using my child's Ipod Touch I now am asking for one. Maybe this Christmas Santa will put me on the Good list and surprise me with one under the tree. Oh this item is also light weight and very attractive. It also comes in a variety of colors too. I love my ipod touch. it holds alot of songs. its small, lite weight and has a touch screen. i like that you can watch videos, listen to music and play games while on the go. i also like that you get free internet. it features better screen and audio quality and it has better battery life. The iPod touch is essentially an iPhone without the phone. an integrated Wi-Fi iTunes music store, and a host of smaller utilities (weather, calendar, maps, stocks, notes, voice memos, clock, contacts, calculator and much more. If you are looking for a way to take video on-the-go, the iPod Touch has a lot to offer. I love my ipod touch. I only wish that I had gotten the 32 gig. Now it seems that my videos and music have almost filled it up. I wish that it had video like the Iphone, but It is still great. Now that the prices have dropped down, I can get a 32 gig for less than the price I paid for the 16 gig. I will be replacing soon.

I have had many issues especially with the buttons breaking but I have gotten this fixed for free everytime so it has a great warranty.

I love my Ipod Touch! The 16gb has plenty of room! I have about 8 "pages" of applications, 2 full length movies, about 250 songs, over 100 photos, over 20 music videos, and several TV shows on my Ipod, and I still haveabout 8 gb left! I have lost about 30 lbs with one application, cured my insomnia with another, and organized my to-do and grocery lists. I have one full page of kids activities, including learning programs for preschool/first grade. The games are fun, and addictive, with excellent graphics. I also love the ability to have books on tape (I have about 6 now). I plan on getting other applications to read some of the classic books! I keep track of personal issues, and can even convert recipes/metrics (and store personal recipes!). My brother-in-law used the loan calculator last weekend to figure out how long he has left to pay on his house. I can even use it as a level and tuning tool/metronome for my flute! I have accessed wi/fi at our hotel one weekend...

The 16 gb iPod Touch is definitely my favorite of the ipods so far. The reason that I got it was because I didn't want to pay however much for an iphone when I already had a phone so this was the next best thing. I was surprised at how similar the ipod touch is to the iphone. Whatever app that you can get on the iphone, you can get on the ipod. Also being able to access itunes from the ipod is genius because I don't like having too always get on the computer in order to purchase more music or videos. The ipod touch exceeded all of my expectations and I'm addicted to playing with the apps. The internet browser on it is also really good. The keyboard that they have you type with has a really good interface and is easy to type with. All of the other features that come with it are also exceptional. Even though it was very expensive getting one, I think that this was one my better purchases that I have made in a long time. It keeps me entertained on every level.

I love my iPod Touch. With built in WiFi I can stay up to date on email while in hotspots all while listening to my favorite music. Or you can get some games & occupy your time playing solitare or whatever else you maybe into. Or log into your iTunes account and browse their many free applications. The touch does everything an iPhone does expect letting call your favorite people. So get ready for the new rave on electronics because this thing is great.

I love my 16 gig second generation iPod touch! It can store so much information on it and that includes music, tv, pictures, applications, movies, etc. I don't go anywhere without it and the coolest part is, it plays out loud by itself, no head phones necessary.

I upped from the 8 gig to the 16 gig here recently and enjoy it way more as I can add all I want and STILL have spare space. iPod's are a great musical way to go as far as your collection of music. It's a great gift and they're relatively cheap these days. It's nice to find something like that affordable.

I received the Apple I-touch as a birthday present this year from my husband and must admit that I was intimidated to say the least. My husband is the computer technician in the family and most certainly the gadget buff. I am pleased to say that the Apple I-Touch is uncomplicated and very easy to use. Now, I do not ever, ever, leave the house without it! I have over two-thousand (2000) photos downloaded that I love to show to all my friends and family and hundreds of songs to listen to. If that is not enough, I have downloaded radio stations that I can listen to at work, at the beach, or at my mother's house who does not own a radio, lol. The internet, The internet, The internet. It is sooooo easy to log onto the internet. It is soooooo easy to navigate and surf the web. Did I mention that the touch portion of the Apple I-touch is a breeze???? You don't have to use a stylus. You just use the tips of your fingers. It is such an asset to my daily life. So...

I absolutely positively love my Apple iPod Touch 16g! At my house we still have dial up connection for the internet & at my boyfriends house he has no computer or internet connection at all! With my iPod touch I am able to connect to the internet via WiFi! I love it! I feel so out of the loop at times, when I can't get online to search for important information or even to check emails! Without my iPod I would be lost! I can put so many things on it... games, music, movies, pictures. I can access all of my email accounts and my myspace and facebook pages as well! I just upgraded to the 3.0 version software for my iPod and now there are so many more cool features. Features like cut, copy & paste, shake to shuffle your music, internet web pages can now be viewed in portrait and landscape layouts! The only thing that I wish was better on my iPod, would be the external speaker. It isn't very loud. The iPhone has a better speaker! I also wish the iPod had a camera in it and an am/fm radio transmitter!...
