I can't live without my iPod! I use it everyday. iTunes is pretty user-friendly so even people who aren't too comfortable with computers can use it easily. You can make playlists for the gym, sleeping, etc. I have a wide selection of songs and audiobooks so it's perfect for commuting or long trips. The battery life is pretty good. It's gotten soaking wet in the rain but it still works well. The only problem is that if you use all 60GB, you risk a higher chance of having your iPod hard drive crash. It's happened to me once before and to a lot of my friends so I wouldn't say it's as rare as Apple claims. It seems like if you're an everyday user, you have two or three solid years and then it breaks. After two or three years you need a new one anyway because Apple adds so many new features. Overall, I love it. I definitely get my money's worth. I'm a fan of Apple in general but their customer service definitely needs some improvement.

ipod is a great product, it has so many uses like if you want certain music played to put you in the mode of working or relaxing or any thing else that you need at the time. it also you can watch what ever movie thst pick you up or calms you or pictures that make you happy when you need it. i think that this product is a good investment for all....

I had alot of good times with mine. Plus it held nearly ALL o friends of mine and my friends music. With had alot of videos that fit too! i loved the white ipod with 60 GB....

i went through 17 of these in less than 2 years. once in one weekend i went back to return the broken ones 3 times. the people at the apple store knew me by name....

Growing up using a walkman almost every day, i hated when my batteries would give out in the middle of a school trip or when i heard both tapes/cds that i would carry with me. My ipod solved these issues for me instantly. In addition, not only does an ipod carry all my music however, it will carry my favorite videos which only further helps the passing of time on long trips across the state....

This was the first I-Pod I purchased when they first came out. Even though it might be a bit bulky and larger than the newer ones I still use it today, as with ample store it holds my entire music collection. I stopped purchasing CD's once i got this, downloading only the songs and music i want from each artist. Although i would by one of the smaller sleeker ones these days this is a good sturdy unit great for kids who are a little rougher on their belongings....

This ipod holds more music than I actually have at this moment. The ipod is easy to use, the click wheel interface is easy to learn and is a very effective method of navigating through the menus on the ipod. I can listen to the music in random fashion, create my own play lists, and can sort music by artist or album. I also can store pictures on my ipod which I have downloaded from my computer. The only downside is that I cannot watch video with this ipod....

Great product! Easy to use, lots of space, long battery life, and great quality sound. I would recommend this product to anyone that is looking for a system that is portable, lightweight, and extremely user-friendly. I got mu Ipod in 2005 and at the time it was trendy and new. Its somewhat outdated now but functions perfectly and has great storage capacity. I have trouble trying to fill it up even with the tons of pictures I have and some back-up files. The pictures are not perfectly clear but its good to use as a flashdisk. If I had to do it over, I would still buy it but maybe not the 60gig size. Its hard to find accessories for it now since two years is long enough for it to be outdated and there doesn't seem to be much supply for this model. Nevetherless, I enjoy it and use it on my commutes to work everyday....

I use my ipod all the time, I've tried out other friend's mp3 players and I just really love the way an ipod works in comparison to anyother mp3 player. Also, there is so much space on it! I have a very large music collection so I was a bit worried about not having enough space, with this ipod I definately have enough space! I've also had two other kinds of ipods (the old shuffle and the old mini). I really wasn't too fond of the shuffle because it didn't tell you what song it was playing, I liked the fact that I can see my music and whatnot. I liked the mini a lot better than the shuffle, however I can't add pictures to it like I can with this one. On top of that my mini didn't have as much memory on it as this one does too!...

I bought for my husband for Christmas and really had no idea what I was buying. We have never had any trouble with it. It's never froze. It stores so much we will never fill it up. The only problem with it, is there is no manual. So we can't figure out how to get any photos on it. I bought Ipod for dummies but it still didn't help. I would highly recommend this Ipod. We had 2 shuffle and a mini and they aren't worth the money....
