I love love love love love my iphone. I have been waiting to buy one since they came out but could not really afford it. Now that AT&T has dropped the price to $99 it is a must have. You do have to pay for the data plan which is $30 per month but you could get away with the lowest rate plan if you have a lot of friends and family on at&t. We have 700 minute share plan with two lines and unlimited texting and one line on the data plan and our average bill is around $130 (including tax). There is so much you can do with the iphone it is like having a miniature computer with you at all times. It is hard to dial when driving (which you should not do anyway) and the touch screen does take a little getting use to but it is easily adaptable. Apple just came out with a software upgrade that I find to be an added bonus to the functionality of the phone. The Ipod feature is great as well. The only thing that is not as good as other phones I have had is the camera. It is touchy and...
...

Great phone, have not had many problems with it. When you use it a lot the battery drains quickly but that's cause and effect. So its nice to have multiple chargers (home, work, car) So useful and intuitive! Its everything all rolled into one! Cannot say enough about it....

The Apple Iphone... It has been out for some time now but It still lacks to much. If you compare it to the rest of the smart phones which have: GPS, Additional memory card space, etc. You see most of the time it is a better option to buy something else. Apple people must begin to add some new features that gives a little bit of freedom to the Iphone user. Sometimes giving freedom, does not unnecessarily make the them loose money but instead makes the user choose there producto over others. The good thing is that it is slim and pretty but the user needs more than that. Even thou the price has gone lower it is still not at a good price comparing to other touch screen phones available. The Itune should not be a must to send mp3's to our phone. We should be able to add or delete music whenever we want even if we are on the go. Maybe a 4th or 5th generation will give us a memory card slot and more freedom to use that wonderful and innovative idea that the Iphone represents...
...

I never thought I would enjoy this Apple iPhone a smuch as i do. It is very expensive and the plan with AT&T can set you back quite a bit every month. the features the phone has and the coverage more than makes up for the cost. I truly recommend this phone for those that can afford it. You get a web browser that isn't one of those limited ones other smart phones have, this one has full features. The email syncs with Microsoft Outlook so you can update very easily from phone to computer. The really neat thing I enjoy about the phone is the touch screen, you can many stuffs with it, like zoom in, zoom out, drag and click. you know....all those really neat stuffs. You can store lots and lots and lots of songs on the internal memory, also many photos too. If you have may photos like I have you can store them on the phone too. It has bluetooth, wi-fi, and a good battery. If you need additional applications you can find them and download them, usually for free.

I can not live without the IPhone. It does everything, keeps my appointments, my music, pictures, and reminders. I love the touch screen, the ease in which that i was able to use it. There was nothing complicate to it. There are only two things about it that I would change and that would be to add a video camera and the ability to attach pictures to text messages.

There is literally an application for everything and everybody. You can download a pedometer to count your steps. There are multiple different applications to help with counting calories and fitness plans. I work in the medical field and was able to download applications that would allow me to look up medication interactions, and even billing and diagnoses codes.

I have even got in the longest lines at stores because I dont mind waiting when I have the phone. I can play games, read my email, or listen to my Ipod. I would recommend the Iphone to anyone looking to upgrade to a Smartphone. In my opinion this...
...

As a technically challenged 40 something woman I find this phone so fun and user friendly. I was so intimidated at first and thought I would never be able to master this technology. Guess what? I am an iPhone Geek, now. Useing the phone is very easy. I didn;t even read the manual. By just touching the buttons and experimenting, it was very easy to set up the phne, ring tones and all other setting, even voice mail. One you figure out how to do one thing woth the phone, you are Master. Downloading apps is even easier that downloading songs for my iPod. No computer required... all done with the phone. So many apps are free and fun to use. I have mastered the texting thing and can keep up with my 19 year old son. Don't know all the texting slang, but working on it. Don't forget about the calendar, the GPS, the Camera, calculator, weather reports, email capabilities and of coarse the iPod. I have gotten rid of my GPS and my iPod and everything is just one item...
...

Apple iphone is a flashy huge piece of gaget that is exteremely highly priced and restricted for a certain group of customers only. Just because its an apple, doesnt mean it should be so highly priced. And what does it take to monopolize it with AT&T, when it has been made to support all 3G networks. They say that you can do everything with this phone, but in order to buy it you must have a data plan with your monthly bill exceeding 90$. That's all B.S., i mean why should I pay for services, I dont wanna use. It has a Wifi device incorporated in it, why the F did they add it, when anyways u cant use the phone without buying a data plan. I would recomend the company to stop monolpolizing the contract with AT&T first, and then remove the restrictions on the plans with which it comes. I would be willing to pay 500-600$ for this good phone, if I have the freedom to chose whtever plan I need and whatever carrier I like.
...

One of the more unique features in the iPhone is its trio of sensors (orientation, light, and proximity -- the latter two are behind the glass right above the earpiece) which help the device interact with its user and the world at large. Some of these sensors are more useful than others. The light sensor (for dimming the backlight) is great for saving power, but its use doesn't compare to the the other two sensors, which worked like champs. The proximity sensor, which prevents you from accidentally interacting with the screen while the iPhone is pressed against your ear, switches off the display at about 0.75-inches away; the screen switches back on after you pull away about an inch. This very useful automatic process took a little getting used to from us oldschool touchscreen users, who have long since grown accustomed to diligently turning off the screen while on a call, or holding our smartphones to our ear ever so gently.

The orientation sensor also worked well enough. Although you can't...
...

I recently decided to buy the Apple iPhone and starting checking out more details and information on my cellular service website. If I signed a two year contract, I could receive the iPhone at a considerable discount. Since I like and have no issues with AT&T, I decided to go for it. I ordered it online and received it within a few days. I love this phone! I'm still looking for a skin that I will be happy with. Also looking for the best face sheet protector that is user friendly and does not get messed up along the edges. I'm thoroughly enjoying the many different apps that are available, some are free and some are a nominal fee. I love the touch screen! So far, I can't find anything I don't like about this phone. I've tried the gps feature and it was so helpful, gave driving directions along with an indicator showing where I was located. It allows you to use other apps while still keeping the information used in another app.
...

i love the iphone with all my heart. it was definitely worth its $500 price tag that i paid for it almost a year and a half ago. the best thing about it is that its like a mini computer in my purse. if i need to find an atm or pay a bill i can do it from my phone. its simply amazing. after apple came out with 3g technology i was a little bummed but i have updated my phone to the current software and i still get the benefits of the app store and the better features. there are no drawbacks of this phone. i can watch a movie, send an email, take a picture and listen to my favorite song all on one device and still make a call or send a text with the flick of a finger. i would recommend the iphone to everyone. its even better now because of the 3g network and soon to come software 3.0 which promises copy and paste, voice recording and the ability to send and receive picture messages just to name a few. no complaints about the iphone at all hands down the best phone ever.
...

Theres not much this little thing cant do..and soon, with the updated patches, a few less things..But c'mon..for the price, a cell...you cant beat it...even the so called "Storm" cant! Sure there will be things that come close..and sure it might not have "whatever"...and ATT might be the greatest and awe..but with everything, it comes pretty darn close to being a "must have"! My favorite components are the calendar, address/phone book, and camera. Synced via mobileme, I can access all my favorite internet sites right from my iPhone AND when I find new sites I love, they automatically transfer to my computer!...
