I love Amy's products and I just found a new favorite in the Amy's Teriyaki made with Organic Tofu, Brown Rice & Vegetables bowl. I like these bowls because they have amazing flavor and are great for a quick and healthy lunch. Each bowl is less than 300 calories and is low in fat so I feel good about eating it. The ingredients are so tasty and include brown rice, bell peppers, mushrooms, carrots, tofu, and brocolli with so much flavor. The sweet sauce has a tang of teriyaki and a sweetness of pineapple. This bowl is filling and so flavorful, I ate every bite. The tofu takes on the great flavor of the vegetables and sauce and is organic. These bowls are a little hard to find, so stock up when you find them because they taste so good.
...

Amy's Teriyaki Bowl is simply amazing. The sauce is tangy, sweet, and a great consistency. This is not just a vegetarian's dish, meat eaters will enjoy it as well. The tofu doesn't have that "soy" taste (which I don't mind. actually i like it) or the texture of usual tofu; it has a very meat-like texture and is flavored well. Anyone who enjoys Asian food will definitely enjoy this. It is quick and easy, mainly organic, and overall very healthy for a convenience food. I definitely recommend this product....

I know that there are Philistines among us who think they don't like tofu. I should know for I (oh Lord) used to be one of them but now, thanks to the chefs at Amy's Kitchen, I have found tofu that I would be willing to eat a hundred times over as long as it was part of this dish ... namely, Teriyaki made with Organic Tofu, Brown Rice & Vegetables.

The contents of one package (nine and a half grams) is considered to be one serving which contains 290 calories with 40 calories from fat. There are four and a half grams total fat, half a gram saturated fat, zero grams trans fat, zero mg. cholesterol, 780mg. sodium, 52 grams total carbs, four grams dietary fiber, 15 grams sugars and ten grams protein. Vitamins and minerals are something to write home about too with 50% (D.V.) Vitamin A, 40% Vitamin C, 4% calcium, and 8% iron. (Some of these counts might seem a little high but remember that Amy's dishes are dense and satisfying, fending off hunger for hours after.) An added bonus...
...
