We have been with American Family Insurance for many, many years now. We insure our home and property, our recreational vehicle, our pull behind box trailer, two Kawasaki motorcycles for use off road, a Dodge Ram truck, a Ford Explorer and my son's sports car. We receive discounts for his good grades and for having multiple types of insurance policies with the company. They are located right here in my home town and are always very helpful in filing a claim. When we have suffered a loss, they are very quick to respond and resolve the problem or damages as soon as possible. They allow us to pay our premiums broken down into monthly payments which really helps with our budget...especially with the economy being what it is today. From time to time, our agent will give us hints and tips concerning adjusting premiums, deductibles and the like to assure we are getting the most out of our coverage. They are very friendly and easy to work with.

I have been a client of American Family Insurance since 1993. I have insured many vehicles through them and have always been satisfied with the great customer service they provide. Anytime I have had a question, I am always treated with respect, and there is never anything that they are not willing to answer or find out the answer to for me. They know me by name and face and even remember my kids' names and my husband's name when we meet. My agent and his staff are all very courteous and friendly. Anytime I call there they always greet me as if I were a member of their family, no matter who answers the phone. Anytime I have had an issue or had to file a claim, they have been right there to help me with whatever it is I need and they are very thorough in explaining just exactly what it is I need to do or what will be happening with my policies! I would never change insurance companies! I would recommend that anyone check this company out if they want a great company with competitive......

My parents went with American Family Insurance so when I turned sixteen I also went through the same agent. Our agent had known our family for about twenty years, we called him by his first name he knew all about us and we knew all about his family. From the time I was sixteen to when I was twenty nine I had gotten one speeding ticket, get side swiped (not at fault the other car had ran a red light), and hit a deer. I have always had a pretty clean driving record and I always paid my insurance in full for six months well in advance. I recently purchased a house and called my agent up to get home owners insurance. He was not in the office and his extremely rude secretary took all my information and said they would call me back. About an hour later she called me back and said they would not insure me. I was not given any additional information when inquired as to why not. In turn I went with a Sentry for my home owners insurance and then switched my car insurance over...

Did you know that American Family Insurance runs your credit report and uses that to deturmine the price that you will pay for insurance. At American Family Insurance you can have a clean driving record and no accidents and or tickets and you still may have to pay a high rate each renewal because you may have had some hard time in you past finical situation. When calling American Family Insurance I ask why my rate was going up even after I have had a clean record for driving, and I was told that they deturmain the rate based on you rateing by the three credit burals and any knocks and hard time you may have had in the past are now going to affect the amount that you pay for thet insurance at American Family Insurance. I have since looked for another insurance company and I found three companys that chargs me almost half of the rate that American Family Insurance was charging me.
