I have been an American Express card holder for nearly 10 years. Recently, due to the struggling economy, Amex decided to place a credit limit on my account. Despite a perfect payment record, Amex decided to take this action. Apparently, paying your bills timely and carrying a low balance doesn't mean much nowadays. Don't think I'll be using my Ameircan Express card again anytime soon.

I love my american express blue card. I have been a member since 08. It has provided me with convenience and easy payment plans. I definitely do nto travel without. It has helped me when I did not have that extra cash on hand. I think everyone who can afford it, should have ablue american express in the wallet. I do not know what I would have done, if I did not have this card. It has helped me to better budget my finaces as well. I know what I can spend and what I cannot spend. and like I said you can pay off monthly and not all in one time. I like to pay off when I can.

I have American Express Blue and I am very happy with it. They have a really great rewards program where I get points for my spending and then I can use my points for gift cards or air travel or other gifts. I have really enjoyed having this card. It is readily accepted. We once had a charge on our card that was not supposed to be there. All we had to do was call and explain the situation and we were very happy with the outcome. Not only was the, problem resolved, but we were given many points to compensate us for our difficulties. I would recommend this card to anyone, and I want to point out that although there are still a few places that don't take American Express, there are some places that take only American Express. I believe Sam's Club is one of them. My husband and i have both been pleasantly suprised with our experience with using the Blue by American Express card and highly recommend it to others.

great card with good benefits, unfortunately not so great costumer service. Very rude, actually. But overall if you are looking for a new card, this is it. These days we need to know we are safe with all the fraud around, and lets face it, we all love something free!...

I love my American Express credit card. I've had this card for almost two years and have never had a problem. The interest rate is great and the rewards are even better. You can earn rewards on everything you buy and the rewards never expire. For those looking to go green, you can create an internet account and sign up for paperless statements....

I have always hated American Express because as a business owner you always get screwed. However, as a consumer I really like it. Whenever I call them they are very helpful. The only problem is it's not always accepted everywhere. I got ours thru Costco and get cash back once a year which is always nice....
