Reviewing the Amcor Portable Air Conditioner ALD1200 EH, it qualifies to give you the coolest that you desire. When rolling it in to whatever room you want, "putting the pedal to the medal." So in control knowing that the location where it is place is very important. Quality of the air that Amcor Portable Air Conditioner is great covering 12,000 BTU'S and easy to install and remove.

This Amcor Portable Air Conditioner has one flaw that people don't really like. Emptying the water from the Air Conditioner. Because with windows air conditioners the excess water goes out the window. But because of it's convient and air pressure some don't mind. Despite my inital amazement, of such an air conditioner rolling around it's would be great to have, easy to use and that remote control, is great

I bought the Amcor portable Air Conditioner ALD-12000EH in '06, thinking that it was going to cool the living room comfortably. Boy, was I wrong!! It does NOT meet any of my expectations!!

This unit is no good at all! A worthless piece of junk. For one thing, the condensate pan fills up too fast and shuts the unit down too soon. Another problem with this unit is that even if you DO use the supplied drain hose, I had to prop the unit on top of a milk crate for it to drain the water.

And even then, it made so much water that the roasting pan used to catch the water had ran over and wet up the floor!!! You can't even leave the house or apt with this thing on because it makes water constantly while it is on!! It comes with a remote control though, but the fact of the matter is that as long as this unit is on, you have to babysit with it!!

Like having to constantly change a baby's diaper. Not that I don't like children. I LOVE them!! But it's ridiculous to have to go through the constantly annoying...

AMCOR PORTABLE AIR CONDITIONER IS a really portable and cool machine. Although it is a little noisy while it's working but you can get used to it. And it's power and efficient expecially during hottest days, it can really help and cool you down. And it has remote control and easily to stall and remove. But it has to put close to window. But after all I am really happy to have it in hot summers.

My new portable air conditioner is already my best friend! A friend of mine recommended it for use before the summer months get here and I'm glad that I listened to her. It is the best thing that has happened to me since I got married! The weather is getting hot and the entergy rates are already soaring with it!But with my new little help and friend, my portable air conditioner, I am more than ready for the summer. I recommend this product to anyone who is looking for i little help with the heat that won't put the squeeze on your pocketbook this summer!

We purchased the Amcor windowless air conditioner in July, 2008. We needed a windowless unit because of the layout of the house. The unit we purchased was the 14,000 btu model. It came with a remote contol and timer and an easy to install venting system that vents heat and moisture from the room. It weighs about 60 lbs and has rolling casters for moving about.The unit was suprisingly quiet and it efficiently cooled two rooms of about 500 square feet. It also came with a 100 rebate which has not yet arrived but I checked with the customer service and it is on the way. If you cannot install a window unit or wjole house unit I would recommend this product....

Amcor Air cooler.

After arriving home from a heart attack it was VERY humid this little baby did the trick. Works beautifully, quiet and the features are excellent

This is a product you do not want in your house. My light bill went up 100 dollars a month and it is just a huge power hog. Go with something less powerful for a medium size house. I can't afford an Air Conditioner like this I don't think anyone would pay that much more just for this thing. Buy a smaller one or one that is more energy friendly....

Amcor ALD 12000EH Portable Air Conditioner is convenient and cheaper than most brands. i'ts easy to use. it's just small but it does the job of most air conditioners in the market. Although others would say that it cools easily and bulky since it's not installed, i would definitely recommensd this to my friends and relatives. the pros certainly outweigh the cons....

Not very efficient. However, it keeps the room very cold. Somewhat noisy. I do think it is one of the coldest bitterly freezing airconditioners I have ever used in my entire life. If you need to cool off in the summer, then this ac is the best one for you or a group of people. It can cool a huge area in no time whatsoever. I highly reccomend this to anyone who is in the market to purchase one....

The Amcor ALD 12000EH Portable Air Conditioner is very easy to move around and works fairly well. The maiin problem is that it doesn't cool a very large area....

The amcor ald 12000eh portable air conditioner is a great air conditioner, they work well and you dont have to worry about sticking it in a window. They are great for students. I use this system in my bedroom which is on the third floor. I never thought that it would be coolerm until i bought this item. I would reccomend this item to anyone who is looking to stay cool....

This is great. Portable so use anywhere. Light weight and easy to move. I would definitely recommend this to any friend or family member. No better price than here for item. This is not that big either and doens't stand out like a sour thumb. Wish is only came in differnt colors....

price is ok about $450.00 is noisy though . water cup in non removable which means is awkward to empty out. Can be used as a dehumidifer and fan also haven't tried to use the heating system. Also pulls out condensation through the exhaust. Has digital and remote control to it.

I like the sharp the Sharp CV-P12LX way better and is real quite.

If you can spare the extra bucks get this one instead
