I recall when I was a child and Cabbage Patch dolls were released to the public, I had to have one. I am glad that they have resurfaced in time for my children to enjoy them. These dolls are for children of all ages either to play with or collect. Cabbage patch dolls come in a variety of styles to meet each childs needs. Hair color range so a child could find the perfect color to match theres. Hair is made of yarn but is securely sewn in so that it rarely falls out. Body of these dolls is stuffed fabric but is articulated to have a belly button and a cute little bottom which of course is covered by a baby diaper. Name of creator Xavier Roberts is on the dolls behind. Clothes are well made and come in a vast variety of styles. Head of the doll is plastic and is harder than the rest of the body. Dolls facial expressions are always different as Coleco stated that these are one of a kind. I believe any child should own one or more of these, to either collect or play with.

I have a niece that plays with an old cabbage patch baby

that belonged to me when i was a kid,well...now i am on a

cabbage patch hunt!!She wants twins. i think They are great

but does anyone know about twins? I know i loved cabbage

patch babys when i was young but i never remenber anyone

having twins! sounds cool! So the hunt goes on.....

cabbage patch twins wanted!! I have priced the one I have

found so far and they are way more reasonable in price than

years ago.....

I loved Cabbage Patch Kids when I was young. My daughter who is four just received a new Cabbage Patch Kid that giggles and walks. This toy is great. The doll walks and does not fall down as so many other walking dolls do. The words the doll says are clear and you can actually understand the doll. Of course it looks like all the other cabbage patch dolls so the classic favorite aspects are there. It is a little harder inside because of the working parts. It is really a great toy that my daughter has had fun teaching to walk....
