I ordered clothes from aeropostale for cyber monday paying for a $7 shipping expecting the merchandise to get to my front door within a week. It's more than a week now.

Well, they gave me an estimate of dec. 8-10, today is december 9 2009 and the ups tracking update on my package " unforseen condition that might change the delivery schedule" really? My excitement is dying down, now i just feel the moment I get my hands on the clothes I will bring them to the store to get a refund. I ordered other stuff from other sites on cyber monday with free shipping and I got it with in 4 days and that is free shipping!!!! my friend.

I don't know what sucks more that they are slow in the billing and shipping process or that they make you pay $7 for a slow moving "delivery" service. I never waited for anything i bought online free shipping or not for more than 7 days, EVER!!!!!!

So step up your game Aeropostale, get a better delivery company or if you are going to charge your customers $7 for shipping,...

AEROPOSTALE is the only store around our town that has pants that are short enough for my daughter who is only 4'9" and shes not going to get any taller.plus there prices are great for the quality.i`v payed more for her clothes from other stores and they would wear out in no time.i just wished that we had more stores like aeropostale that carried great quality clothes and for short people. aeropostale is a very nice place to shop.the employees are very nice and they are always there to help you if you need it.the store is always nice and clean.my daughter will not shop any where but aeropostale.and i dont mind going with her there.they have very nice clothes and if you have a child weather girl or boy aeropostale has what most kids will wear and it want cost you an arm and leg.they have sizes for every one no matter if your short or tall you are more likely to find what you want at aeropostale....

Aeropostale has really cute, stylish, mainstream clothes at reasonable prices. I'm a student and I shop there a lot for my wardrobe basics. They are very affordable - much better prices than American Eagle, Aeropostale, or Hollister.

Their t-shirts and sweatshirts are really cute. They come in bright, pretty colors and have cute logos, graphics, and sayings. Everything is durable and long-lasting and fits well.

The only thing I don't like about Aeropostale is that their clothes can get a little boring if you shop there all the time. Their clothes don't seem to change much from year to year or season to season. Although they have a great selection of t-shirts, sweatshirts, jeans, and sweatpants, they don't have much variety in sweaters, dresses, or skirts.

Overall, I don't think Aeropostale is the best store for people who want to find different, artsy clothes that stand out, but I would definitely recommend them for basic items like t-shirts and sweatshirts. The clothes are very cute and...

The clothing at Aeropostale fit extremely well. I am 5'2" and 115lbs. and have always had a hard time find jeans that fit my length. Finally! The search is over. The size 3 short is the perfect fit! I also have a 13 year old daughter who shops there with me. She is also wearing the short lengths. We buy her uniform pants there and I never have to wonder if they will fit.

Although it is a brand name product, it's price is not too high. The graphic tees have many different kind of pattern and colors. It is a well-made and fine clothes I have ever bought.

Aero is always affordable. You can find great stuff for cheaper prices than other stores that might sell it for a higher price. The quality on some things isn't that great, but for the most part it's alright. I just really wish they wouldn't plaster their word logo on everything in the store. It's perfectly fine to have a lot of clothes labeled, but for god's sake, some pieces look better without. Also, aero needs a logo. Like an animal logo. And get rid of that ridiculous monkey xD

But overall, you can get cute clothes for pretty cheap here, and the store is friendly.

I have been shopping a lot at aeropostale this year. My granddaughters and daughter likes this store. I went there to pick up some clothing for my thirteen year old granddaughter and fell in love with the colors, style and prices. Their prices are reasonable. Their styles are perfect. Too many other clothing companys are showing too much skin and are too sexual. At Aeropostale i didnt run into that problem at all. I plan on doing some Christmas shopping for all the girls in my family. That includes my two daughters and four granddaughters. I have two grandsons but im not sure if thats their style. Have to ask! ...

I placed an order in July, two months before a friend's birthday (in September). This would seem like a generous amount of time, given that their shipping policy states Economy shipping takes 6-10 business days. After numerous calls and emails to Aeropostale.com spanning several weeks I finally gave up and bought replacement gifts (an additional expense) elsewhere. I received the order today, at the END OF NOVEMBER. This means it took some 18 weeks or 4 1/2 MONTHS to arrive. I noticed that they had sent the package USPS PARCEL POST, which is estimated by the USPS to take 6-8 WEEKS. Aeropostale's claim of "6-10 business days" is a joke. I cannot trust this company with any future business....
