I was looking for atleast a 17" or 19" at best then I came across this 22" acer. I have an hp desktop so I wanted the hp monitor to match but I couldnt resist this huge computer monitor for such a good price. I like the graphics and all. I think that it gets the job done and I have had no problems had it almost a year now. Acer turned out to be pretty good. I enjoy watching movies on my computer and if it's not big enough then it also allows you to hook up your lcd tv to your acer lcd monitor for a bigger picture. To me this is a mini tv. If my husband is watch tv on the big screen then I will often watch a movie or play games and even live television right from computer and having this 22" lcd monitor is an asset. I have gotten many many compliments and some even asks how much did I pay for it. I don't mind telling them because I think that I got a pretty good deal on it. Of course if I could have gotten it cheaper that would have been a plus.

We received this monitor from our daughter and her family as a gift its one of the best items we ever received so big and clear.

Now that we have this big clear screen its hard to keep of the internet so much fun.

Acer P Series 22" LCD Monitor has turned out to be a fairly good monitor and it was chee[ enough, not bad for what you get overall. But there were a couple of issues that really got my goat in the beginning. I bought it brand new to go with the E machines computer I bought and I was sorely disappointed with the fact that when I got it out of the box, brand new, it did not work. I spent half my day fiddling around trying to figure out why my computer was not working before it finally cvame down to the monitor was a lemon. THen I had to get on customer service and spend another hour trying to trouble shoot and eventually having to get information to return it-- via fed ex or something which was quite a schlep from my house. THen they sent me a refurbished monitor which further upset me because I paid fopr a NEW monitor and I ended up with a used one. It was further frustrating because I essentially had no computer for a week or two waiting for the replacement to be delivered. Ever since I...

The acer montior is one of the best around for computer needs and able to handle high end graphics. I compare it to the high end dell monitors and they are the same as the acer so i would like to see people due this montior Acer P Series 22" LCD Monitor as well as the dell monitor. The 22 inch one does best over the smaller ones of the lesser series monitors of the same type. So I would use the same 22 inch monitor in a dell as i would in the Acer P Series 22" LCD Monitor. I have both a dell flat screen monitor as a Acer P Series 22" LCD Monitor flat screen one. The Acer P Series 22" LCD Monitor and the Dell. There is a little difference on the contrast between them. There is also little difference in the price of them. The Acer P Series 22" LCD Monitor is the top brand to have right now because of the workmanship that goes into them. So I would like to use the Acer P Series 22" LCD Monitor. Over the Dell flat screen monitors.

This 22 inch monitor will look great on any desk connected to any computer, be it from 2001 or a newly built gaming machine, this monitor is for everyone! The picture is extremely clear, with true blacks and bright whites, this monitor is great for photo finatics and gamers alike. It is also very large, giving you lots of room to play with. If you are in the market for a 22" monitor, you can not go wrong with this! The picture is very clear, with no blemishes or dead pixels, a great buy. Also, this monitor is great for gamers, with a nice refresh rate of 75Hz and a high resolution, a gamer would really enjoy this monitor. After receiving the Acer monitor as a gift, I have a difficult time using one of the "old" style monitors. The older style monitors are sooo outdated now.

Being visually impaired (spectacles w/bifocals), many monitors bother my eyes. This one doesn't! I can actually read the scripts without rubbing my eyes every few minutes.

The screen and frame are easily cleaned with static free wipes. Just swipe and it's done! Housecleaning is not one of my biggest hobbies for sure.

I highly recomment this product for anyone with vision difficulties because it is easy on the eyes.

This monitor contains great focusing features that are easy to use. Even I could figure them out without help and that is a feat in itself.

My hubby bought himself one after he saw how much I enjoyed mine.

Our young grandchildren love this monitor, too. They get 30 min. at a time on the computer (we have 6 grandchildren) and I don't worry about eyestrain in their young eyes.

The Acer 22" proves that going bigger is defineately better. Getting the bigger screne was the best investment that I've ever made. For years I've always had those small monitor screnes. You know the ones that after awhile they make you squint. I had to purchase a new computer for my home, a couple months back and it came with a 22" Acer monitor. I'm on my computer alot and it's so much easier on the eyes. I would never go back to a smaller screne. I don't find myself squinting anymore and I don't get the headaches like I used to get when working with the other small screnes. I've been very pleased with this product and I would have to recommend this for everyone, especially if they have to be on their computer alot. I also love the picture quality and color, it's so clear, the colors are so vivid, it compares to my digital tv, its hard to believe that it's a monitor. If I could I would thank acer for making such a great product.

The Acer P series 22 inch LCD will meet the needs of almost any PC user.

Overall the monitor is a great value for those of us budget conscious people who like new technology for a good price. The overall contrast ratio and color depth is very acceptable for most users.

I have used this particular monitor for both work and gaming and it has everything you need to do both. I found no dead pixels on my screen and it has been held up to everyday use and abuse. I have had no technical issues with my LCD and plan to purchase another for a dual monitor setup!

About the only con i can think of is the stand...there is little room for adjustability and mounting options.

If you are looking for a good quality, fairly priced LCD then the Acer product line may be a good fit for you.

I purchased my Acer for my home based business from Tiger. Great price, speedy delivery, bright monitor, all pixels functional. The monitor compares favorably with ones I have used that cost more than twice as much. I have no Cons to report....

A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO MY FAMILY AND I BOUGHT AN ACER COMPUTER ON CLEARANCE AT BEST BUY. WE LOVE IT. WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT! IT IS VERY FAST AND IT WORKS LIKE A DREAM. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. MY COMPUTER IS ACER P181W. I WOULD RATE THIS COMPUTER #1! THIS IS THE FIRST FLAT SCREEN MONITOR WE HAVE EVER HAD. THE SCREEN IS WIDE AND BRIGHT AND CLEAR. WE PUCHASED THE WHOLE COMPUTER. I WOULD NOT PURCHASE ANY NEW COMPUTER WITH OUT AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. THIS WAS HAS A NICE INEXPENSIVE ONE. As a frequent computer user with poor vision the Acer 22" monitor is a godsend. I can use the large fonts I need and still be able to view pages without needing to scroll pages left and right. And the 1680 x 1680 mode is great when you need to do some fine image editing.

The monitor is crystal clear with no dead pixels. The brightness is adjustable so you do not need to strain your eyes with a too bright screen nor struggle to see a picture too dark. I purchased it from Micro Center for less than $200 not including the mail in rebate I am waiting for to be sent to me.

The is the perfect monitor for those on a budget who want a large, clear screen.

I was looking for a 20+" LCD monitor whern I came across this monitor. First off, I'm from the old school. I would never have purchased ACER (bad taste from the early PC days)... HOwever, this monitor was a pleasant surprise. If you are looking for a good looking, cost-effective solution to your LCD needs, don't skip this one......
