Accountnow saved my butt. I was unable to open a traditional bank account due to a Chexsystems fiasco a few years back.They are not the fastest, nor the cheapest, but they are legit, friendly and very useful to me.

There monthly fee was unreal! 9.95 a month with there bill pay and they say there bill pay builds credit but after running my credit report I saw no changes, not a good card.

The account now visa is a prepaid debit card. It's a second chance checking account if you can't get one with another bank. Your check is direct deposited to your card. Can use anywhere visa is accepted. Great If you want to stay out of debt....
