I think this School is great! They are good with busy moms and are patient. They don't haggle you or pressure you to do anything. Very effiecient and helpful services agents.

I enjoy AIU quite a bit. I recently obtained my AABA and am now in the BIT program. I'm supposed to be done in March. Not only is it an accelerated course, but it's very similar to classes in local colleges with the flexibility to attend when I have time! At least do yourself the favor of looking into it. Call them, visit the website, or talk to an alum or current student. Worth the effort!

just started the on-line university every one is so polite. Especiallythe advisors they really work with you also they try to help you the best way that they can . Was kinda of nerves at first the make you feel very comfortable. Plus the online courses are very convient to those who work or have small children all othe schools or universities don't really work with you on that. Online are taking at your convience to when your available. I would deffintly reccomend this online university to every one.

Hi and I belive it's true but the only opinion I could add is I strongly agree with the saying "NO PAIN NO GAIN!" I believe in that but since everybody knows that then let's just say it's wrong to persuade someone to do something that is wrong. But I do think that this is a great school for everyone who believes in every word I say!

I am currently enrolled in American Intercontinential University and I think it is wonderful. I have recentley had some medical problems and was hospitalized because of them. The first time I was hospitalized for three weeks and the Professor was very understanding and let me make up assignments that I missed. My Advisers even called the hospital to one, check to see if I was actually there I suppose and two, every couple of days they called to check in to see how I was progressing. The second time that I was hospitalized they worked with me to take a leave of absence because after being released from the hospital I was sent to a rehabilitation's/nursing facility which I am still currently there. The reason for this is that on June 17, 2009 I had a complete hip replacement. The surgeon accidentally broke my other hip so on August 17, 2009 I had the other hip replaced. I am only 25 years old. I have a deise called Ankylosing Spondylitis which caused me to need my hips replaced. Overall...

I went to AIU back in 2006 and backed out because I was scared because I have been out of school for a long time. I went to another school online and they were not a school that I would recommend to anyone. They treated me like I would not like anyone else to be treated. They never gave me a chance. I came back to AIU and they welcomed me with open arms and told me they would be with me every step of the way. I believe them because they have already started to show me that and I have just started my second week with them. I called my student adviser on Sunday the night before my individual project was due and hhelped me. I actually thought that I was confused, but he actually helped me realizeze that I really knew what I was doing the right thing all along. I just got a A on both of my assignments this week and I didn't even know how to do a APA paper, but I did it and I had the help I needed from all the samples that AIU provides you with. I also scheduled a tutoring...

I received my AABA in Business from AIU 2008, and I enjoyed my time at the school. I am now working on my BIT-Computer Forensics. I have spoken with those who work in the field, and those who have taken classes at boot camps, and I am glad to say that my information at AIU is up to par with those trainings. I fill that when I am finish with my degree I will be able to work as a Network security person or computer forensics tech. The books give you good information into the field too.

I am 40 years old and I was at a point in my career that required a degree. I started taking classes at the University of Phoenix. I really didn't care for their format for a number of reasons, so I decided to do some research on other schools. I felt that AIU was a very good alternative because of the format and pricing. I enrolled and immediately liked the 5 week per class progressive format. I also liked that all assignments were due on Sunday versus at different times throughout the week. This is especially helpful if you have a demanding career or family obligations. I am into my 10th class now and overall I have had a very good experience with the instructors and classmates. The only part I don't care for at AIU is the group project requirement. It's frustrating to me to try and get 4-5 people on-line to work as a group. Attending American Intercontinental University On-line was a rewarding educational experience for me. On-line learning is challenging, but I'm an individual who likes to be challenged. I had the opportunity to attend live chats sessions and participate on the Discussion Boards. In addition, I enjoyed the Individual Projects and Group Projects as well. These learning modules taught me how to think critically and think outside the box. The Group Projects were my favorites; they taught me how important it is to work on a team project with many students who had different opinions and views. I was fortunate to have team members who followed through on their part of the project; not many students can say that.

The staff at American Intercontinental University were more than good, they were exceptional. My academic advisor who prepared my courses called me to confirm that she had received my transcripts, and she signed me up for the necessary courses that I would be taking in...

I requested information from AIU several months ago and I AM STILL RECEIVING HARASSING PHONE CALLS FROM THEM! The fact that they have to work so hard to recruit students completely turned me off. In addition to this, I know several people who graduated from there with a boat load of debt accompanied by the inability to find an employer willing to hire them....

i got my bachelor degree in california university with a degree in accounting. I got hired right after college at a company in san jose. I am still working but want to get higher education so I signed up for this online class. This online class is very nice and convenience. Easy to follow....

If online education is where your at to further your education, then I would seriously consider AIU, as a choice. There very flexible with class scheduals, and appear to be there when a student is in a time of need. It is also an accredited school, which is what your looking for. They offer financial assistance to help students achieve their educational goals, and seem to go a little further in assistance than other online learning programs. A definete consideration for the full-time student, AIU-AA Business Admin....

I will graduate in April with my Associates of Business Management from American Intercontenntial University - Online. AIU has been an excellent way to complete my degree. I work part-time, own a business, raising two teens and a husband, so AIU Online was the perfect solution for me to get my degree. One thing..if you attend AIU be prepared to do alot of research and writing. Just like with any other college you have a variety of Instructors. Some seem to take their job seriously while others are just there.

Each class holds "class" twice a week. IF you can not attend class, you can view the class at your convience. Instructors are always available by e-mail and hold regular scheduled office hours. You also get to evaluate your instructors after each class.

AIU also has a Library where you can do research for your papers. They offer Tutoring.

AIU offers flexability. It is challenging but you have a great support group between the counsolers...
