I had AAA and since have dropped all my policies. This company has higher rates than any other company I have ever been quoted with. They also make you sign up for a mandatory AAA membership which then at the minimum adds another 50 dollors or so to your yearly rate and that membership will only cover yourself not all the drivers in your household.

Thier customer service is the worst yet. They have long holding times all the time always understaffe when you do get a live representative you get transfered to every department before you can get someone to help you. Half the time the representative you do get is brand news and has no clue how they can assist you.

They have no in house translators for other languages including spanish. So if you are calling and and speak another language including spanish you will be on this annoying three way calling system with an interperter who is relaying all the information back and forth.

I really liked AAA customer service. I've called numerous times to get rates for different things, and they are always really nice and personable. They made me feel completely at ease...

For the last three years I have had AAA. When I needed service they where always helpful and met my needs immediately. I have travled to so many places and have gotten lost, but if it was not for the trip tics and available maps I most certainly know that I would have gotten lost. Recently on a trip back from Oaklahoma. I had to drive through Fort Worth and traffice was backed up for miles. I called AAA gave them a location that I was at and they where able to guide me around the Downtown Forth Worth Texas area and get me back onto the right interstate, saved me several hours of waiting in traffic. This company is terrific, I would reccommned that everyone becomes a AAA member. AAA members get better discounts, then if you where in the Military. I know my husband is a soldier, and when we travel home, we certainly utilize the benefits of being a AAA member. The company over all is exceptional and we will be lifelong members.

When it comes to car insurance I think that AAA is the best around. I have been with other companies before and althought I thought they were good at the time once I switched to AAA I was hooked. I will never switch again. Each time I go into the office I am greeted by friendly staff. When I have had to use their road side assistance I have found them to be on time. One more think about AAA is I only pay 9 months out of the year and then I get 3 months off before I have to pay again. You can't beat that....
