AAA has provided me with the best care for my car needs. I used to have used vehicles that broke down atleast once a month. AAA was a God sent to me and my family. It offers discounts on other products as well. Tickets to theme parks, maps and more.

I have been a member of AAA for as long as I could drive. I can't even imagine how much money I've saved as a result. I was once stranded an hour outside of Chicago, because my FRIEND'S car broke down. I called AAA, and we were towed for free to the nearest dealership.

I've also had tons of friends (an myself), lock their keys in their car while it's running, and have had the cars unlocked for free in an extremely timely manner. The customer service is incomparable. AAA really knows how to take care of their customers!

They also have the BEST prices on tickets to Cedar Point! (Not to mention discounts at hotels all over the country)

AAA Auto Club responds to calls for vehicle problems within a short time and the tow truck driver was friendly and helpful when I had a flat tire. Also their defensive driver classes help you reduce your car insurance bills....

AAA Insurance was the best deal around and I also receive discounts at many avenues. Then, when I had a claim, they took care of it until the end....

AAA is a pretty good car insurance. It has a good reputation and is as good as it's word. When my car was totaled AAA promised to have the car fixed "as good as it was before the accident." And my premiums did not increase.

My only problem with AAA is that when called when I was stuck in the snow to be pulled out, it took the tow truck company called by them (after numerous phone calls) six hours to come to my assistance, That was not a good day. :-(

I got a AAA membership for a Christmas gift last year. My car was old and I drove a long way to work and back everyday. I used it 3 times in the year since I got it. Twice I was towed and once I had a flat repair. It has more than payed for itself. Even if I didnt use it, it would still be worth the piece of mind just knowing that I have it, incase of an emergency.

I have also used them to book a vacation. We are going to Disney World in Dec and the travel agent was very friendly and helpful. She took care of all the little details and saved us alot of time and stress. My membership is up for renewal soon and I will be sure to renew.

Call other companies for lower rates and found Travelers saved me over $1000 a year to switch from AAA to Travelers. AAA said "wow, that is a great deal, sorry we can't get that low for the same service/insurance coverage." AAA told me that they have very high rates for people under 45+ ...

I have been with AAA for over twenty years and have filed a few claims, including a total(not my fault). They have always made my car repairs painless, timely and correct.

I have never had to make a single extra phone call to get something done.

Claim reps are fast, professional and know their business.

I've been with AAA for over 10 years and I absolutely love their service. I love that I can go into a local office and renew my DMV registration because it's quick and easy. I've had a couple of claims over the 10 year period and they have been quick to help and really made it hassel free....

i hope they will have more coupons for continuous members. Sevevice is good, last time, I forgot to turn off the light of my car, and the car ran out of the battery in the morning... i called aaa and after one hour a guy showed up and help me to jump the car. If i remember correctly it was on weekend. So it is very convenient to be a member of it...

I was with Farmers Insurance Group for over 35 years. Only 5 tickets over those years. I had one accident and my insurance went from 175 a month to 350 a month. I was told it was because of where I moved to. I called AAA auto insurance..my rates were dropped to 98 a month for full coverage. I added another car to the policy and I pay only 187 a month. I even had a claim and the price didnt go up at all

AAA-Auto Club is the best investment I have made for my family. We have peace of mind while on the road. We no longer have the hassle of planning a vacation. Maps and trip triks are great organizational tools to have and are easy to get. I love showing my card and getting discounts at the many stores and site we stop at....
