We bought this car used when we were expecting our third child and needed a larger vehicle. I did not want the poor gas mileage of a suv, so we chose a sedan, and this one did not disappoint. We average around 25 mpg or better, and there is plenty of room for everyone. It actually seats six if you put 3 in front and 3 in back. No mechanical problems with it at all, and even though it was 1 year old and already had 65000 miles when I bought it, there has been no trouble or signs of wear and tear. Also has large trunk for the stroller, kids bikes, and groceries....

It's a great car or it was a great car. I was involved in an accident going 45 mph. Another person ran a stop sign and I couldn't stop in time. Cracked the bumper,broke the grill and dinged the hood. The other car was the same as mine and he had a flat tire, bent rim, dented fender and was leaking fluid.

All that aside, I had mine fixed. Despite what others have said, it's not the same. It doesn't accelerate as well. I have to floor it to hit 50mph.

I cannot find a travel mug, or soda bottle that properly fits the cup holders in the front seat.

I don't drive highway because I can get everywhere in decent time on the backroad. I live near work and the mall and a large shopping plaza so I'm set! I average 24-25 mpg gas milage.

It's a decent car, decent ride, comfortable seats, and good in an accident.

This Impala is great looking, fun to drive and very comfortable. It has been very dependable and we haven't had any problems with it at all. I wish it got a little better gas mileage around town, but it's still good for a very roomy and safe mid size sedan. Overall we've been very happy with it.
