      <description>A Comprehensive website, free and easy to use. Details regarding nutritional status and daily tips via email. If you're not hesitant in making a financial committment to weightwatchers, then this site is the place to check out. There is no 'plan' though they are able to provide pie charts anaylsing the different food groups that you had throughout the day. I found it helpful also because there is a 'journal' section which you can just vent in and save (and look back one day and see the changes in thought, eating patterns,... </description>
