I was not impressed to say in the least and I will not be returning to any Target EVER. — My Grandmother lives in Oregon and sent some Christmas gifts down for the holiday. The shorts she sent were too small and the B-Brats doll she sent was defective. I called her and she told me she purchased them at Target. We went to exchange the items, not return, but exchange and I was told they do not make any exchanges or returns on anything that does not have a reciept. I called my grandmother, who no longer had the reciept and she was so upset. So the moral of this story is don't buy from target unless you intend on giving the gift recipient the reciept to make returns or exchanges! I feel as though Target is robbing their consumers! A crappy customer service and poor return policy will make me steer clear from buying anything from this chain ever... With Four kids and having been out of work since October, our budget was SUPER TIGHT! For the first time as a parent I had to wait until the weekend before Christmas, before we could even begin our Christmas shopping. A friend of mine, told me to check out Amazon because they had some great deals and I did and was SO very impressed with their prices! We were able to save on everything we purchased for a grand total of saving of $340! I was a little worried that the items I purchased wouldn't arrive on time, but I never ran into that problem, EVER! The icing on the cake was, when I got me credit card statement in, I had a credit from Amazon for $114. When I called and asked about it, I was told that after I made my purchases, Amazon lowered the prices of some of the items, and credited my card back the difference!
