I have been a Sprint customer for about 8 years now and fortunately I don't have to contact them often (knocking on wood). I only seem to have a few problems when I change plans or upgrade my phone. Let's just say it is way harder for an existing customer to change phones that for a new customer to start new service. My only BIG gripe is the cost but for the capabilities I want for my phone all carriers will cost about the same or even more. I can't say I understand how Sprint or any other cell phone company can justify charging so much. My land-line and Internet combined cost a little less than my Sprint bill! I usually have pretty good service where ever I am. I even had a signal in Jamaica! The rate per minute was crazy but I had service. I have thought about switching but unfortunately Sprint is only following the industry standard. Any issue I have with them... Our "apartment guy" took some information like what we wanted to pay, what amenities we were looking for, what side of town we wanted to be on and gave us a list of apartments. While we waited on the "apartment guy" to call we picked up an issue of For Rent at the grocery store and started looking at what was available. Most of the information we got from the locater service was on properties that we had already looked at. We ended up calling the apartment guy to find out about complex promotions and monthly specials but found a place we liked without their help.... From booking on-line to checking out to head back home this destination was a dream. I've been to Jamaica before and I felt like a princess from the moment I was shown to the Super Clubs Lounge. My fiance (now husband) and I had a beach front room with a patio that gave us an awesome view of the ocean. It was very convenient to be able to enter our room from the front or the back. Room service was prompt and the employees very friendly and polite. The wedding coordinator Kadian was wonderful and made our wedding absolutely perfect. She was truly a lazy bride's savior. The food and drinks were awesome. The property was beautiful! We spent a day just wandering around the resort and checking out the plants and flowers. I didn't want to go back home! The organized activities were very enjoyable and there was a great deal of opportunity to sneak off and relax.
