      <description>We had their insurance for a couple of years and it was adiquate, but what made us leave was when the penilized us for errors with the bank even when the bank wrote them a letter explaining the error was on their part.&#160; They would not make a correction to our account even then and we were financially penilized for a bank error.&#160; I hated to think what would have happe if we would have been in an accident of either our own or another's fault.... </description>

      <description>We have had the Heartford since November and it has been better in service and quality than any other we have had before.&#160; Making beneficial changes in our policy has been easy and painless compared to the others.&#160; They have not penalized us for the errors or mistakes of others.... </description>
