I always complain that I can't sleep on flights because I'm bored...on JetBlue, I can't sleep because I'm entertained! Satellite TV rocks and you can have as much snacks as you can. Flight from SFO to JFk was smooth, but was delayed on the way back - but I have bad luck with travelling (never on time on the last 10 flights I took) so it might just be me...
