I have tried over the counter drugs, homeopathic route none of them worked for me. My doctor put me on Trazodone and my goodness it works , no side effects, no drowsiness in the morning, no hallucinations or sleep walking just a perfect night sleep whether it is four hours or six to eight hours it works.  It is a prescriptive drug but it does work...
