State Farm handled it, they were going to settle with this person and after talking to my agent about the accident and what they claimed happened, mentioned it to them it was a pack of lies, so they stopped the settlement and the person attempting to sue got zero.  </p><p>Rates are great - get discount for my childern in college with good grades about a 300/yr savings (have to submit grades once a year). </p><p>Very happy with this company.</p>...
