http://www.viewpoints.com/aboutme/pmez Fri, 16 Nov 2007 17:01:42 GMT Reviews by pmez http://www.viewpoints.com/Hunt-Winery-2004-review-90d80 We happened upon this very small winery about 5 years ago in Paso Robles, CA.  We were pleasantly suprised at the quality of the wines.  All of their wines are above and beyond what you would expect to taste.  They all stand out as excellent.  But there is one wine that really is unique in it's taste and quite refreshing.  The "Starlight Concerto" is the most delicious and fantastic wine I have ever tasted. It is light and refreshing. The flavors are tropical and the bouquet is very fragrant. Every taste is new. Meaning that in every sip you find a new and exciting tropical fruit.  It's fruit-filled without being fruity. It is not sweet but flavorful. The cost of Hunt's wines are a bit more. You will not find a $12 bottle of wine at this winery but the price you pay is well worth it. A $35 bottle of Hunt wine will cost well over $100 at any other winery.... Tue, 13 Nov 2007 17:27:16 GMT http://www.viewpoints.com/Pampers-Swipers-review-ceae0 pmez 5 http://www.viewpoints.com/Arms-Reach-Original-Co-Sleeper-review-2ab80 OK... so I really wanted this product bad.  I had my husband put it up as soon as we came home from the hospital.  It was nice knowing she was close at all times during the night without her being in the bed with us.  I didn't have to get up so much at night for feedings.  I just pulled her into bed with me and when she was done I put her right back into the co-sleeper.  Right now she is 9 months and playing in the converted playpen while I write this.  The playpen is a bit small for her but it's OK for short periods.  It would be much nicer if this was a travel type playpen or some way where we could use this while away from home.  But setup takes a bit of time.  So it's just used in my office.  Anyway... I like this product but a bassinet would probably work just as well.  With the co-sleeper attached to the bed, it makes getting in and out of the bed difficult.  It's large and I had to scoot all the way... Tue, 13 Nov 2007 17:22:57 GMT http://www.viewpoints.com/Arms-Reach-Original-Co-Sleeper-review-2ab80 pmez 3 http://www.viewpoints.com/Graco-SafeSeat-Car-Seat-review-57975 I registered for this product.  I am a new parent and did not consider a couple of months down the road.  The seat is very safe and very convienent.  I love that it's easy to pop and lock it right into the base.  Once you have the base installed the seat just pops right in and locks.  This is great!  However, the seat is a bit bulky and does not fit easily into shopping carts.  It is also heavier than other car seats.  This is not a problem until your baby starts growing.  Those extra few pounds add up quickly.  I love the stroller and the car seat pops right into it nicely.  I still love this product however I will seriously take into consideration the weight of the car seat for future... Tue, 13 Nov 2007 16:25:56 GMT http://www.viewpoints.com/Graco-SafeSeat-Car-Seat-review-57975 pmez 4 http://www.viewpoints.com/Carnival-Cruise-Lines-Elation--112725-review-c35d0 We were not impressed with the boat or the service.  However, for the price I guess we got what we paid for.  The trip was a 4 day trip from Long Beach, CA to Catalina then on to Ensenada, Mexico.  The boat was very dirty.  Their were stains everywhere.  For dinner each night we were seated at an "impromptu" table that was set up in the center of other tables and seemed to not belong there.  Like there weren't enough tables and we were an afterthought.  We were constantly neglected during dinner.  The overall atmosphere of the ship was party, Party, PARTY.  We did not enjoy this.  It seemed to be a trip more for the college crowd.  If I didn't care about the environment I was in then it probably wouldn't have bothered me.  I was not...
