It's cheaper then coffee more calories and lots of sugar. How good? My cats(bozo,beaner,and smarty) come running soon as can goes snap. I actually have to drop the can to floor or they will attack,(got fingers and hand bite once).When they are done I can recycle the can or make crafts from no washing needed.Love the many varietys so they never have to have same kind twice in a day....
