I knew I would like having a mixer but at the time I didn't think I did enough in the kitchen to need one as big as the Kinchen Aid. Wow, was I wrong. Since Christmas '04 I have used my mixer nearly everyday. I am able to make homeade food much more often and very easily. It's a huge help when getting ready for parties or the holidays. It's runs nearly all day on Thanksgiving. No matter what I've thrown at it, no matter how many cups of flour I pour in, it doesn't stop. My kitchen would not be the same without it....
